One benefit of the s pen is that we get a broader screen because Samsung had to make space for this pen to be inserted 🙂

This is damn useful. For suppported apps like Adobe, we can actually write in dcuments too. Useful to sign them on fly. Esp when we are to self attest documents for any submission, you don't need to take print outs to sign. I found that very useful. Killer phone. Worth every penny.

The "Use multiple S Pens" setting only needs to be turned on if you want to use another S Pen while one is inserted into the phone.
S Pen detection is turned off while the pen is inserted into the phone to conserve battery. So having the setting turned on just uses more battery, it is kinda a redundant feature.
Any S Pen will work as long as you don't have one inserted into the phone. Could even use my old Note 5 S Pen.

Great video- but features are pretty much same as note9 - the only feature I use with my Spen on my note9 is smart select.

Does it not play a noise if you leave your spen? Just a message on your screen? Needs a sound for sure?

Hi Saki! Is there a way to get faster multi tasking on note 10 plus like in previous versions, which had ability to multi task simply by holding down recent apps button? I have tried split screen app also but it does not work on note 10 plus.
Also, is there an apk that can be downloaded in order to embedd live messages to sms and other apps wherever leyboard is used. I have tried multiple but none have worked on note 10 plus.

I've missed the S pen ever since my Note 4. That was the best phone I ever had. All this gimmicky stuff seems overkill, I found the S-Pen super useful for actually writing lol. Making pretty detailed notes and lists. Yes occasionally writing on a screenshot. I found being able to jot stuff down while on a call was super useful.
My first Note was the Note 4. Never could figure out the s-pen. Well actually the whole phone. Got some good use out of it. Then I had the Note 8. Now, Note 10+.
I'm not finished with this 'class'. I just had to pause (I'm about half way thru) and let you know that your teaching skills are absolutely fantastic! Okay, back to class... 🙂

Dropped my Note8 one day. My s-pen fell out. Left my bedroom, went to put my shoes 👞 and ready to start my day. As I walked out my door, my phone 📱 made a noise I never heard before. I was like; What? I examined my phone and my s-pen was missing. Went to my room, my s-pen was on the floor! Wonderful feature. Samsung rules!
I thought about getting a s22+, but even though I seldom use the s-pen, it's there when I need it.

I was just wondering about one new feature nobody really mentioned in the note 10, which is the new AR measuring app, I really think that is a useful tool in certain situations. The iPhone has it and it’s fabulous for these moments you need a quick measure. It would be great if you could cover that, thanks.

Other than the air gestures, is the s pen features same for the note 10 lite?
That hover preview of pictures remids me of galaxy s5, the thing is you can actually do the same thing on the galaxy s5 just by hovering your finger on the pictures to give you a preveiw which was cool as a comparison between the note 10 and that older galaxy s5

If you turn this feature on, automatically a writing field opens in every app instead of a keyboard. But ONLY when you use you S-Pen. Love this Option 😁

Only 1 thing you forgot. How to reconnect and reset pen.
I cant use all these lovely features as my pen will not connect. Will not connect using reset pen. Will not reconnect other option either. Even Samsung tech team could not get phone to connect either.

Jk, just found out that it only works if the phone is locked with the s pen being used, however if the pen is inside the phone when you lock it, it won't be able to use it to unlock the phone

Can u help me i have Samsung galaxy note 10 lite , i dont know if there is a feature or something but i can kind of use s pen from 2 cm distance, like u do normally while tapping it with pen , i want to turn it off, it is off sometimes ,on sometimes randomly

wont the phone be less secure if we can unlock using the SPEN?
@Blue Angel it only works if the spen is connected when the phone locks. So you'd have to have you phone unlocked first and the spen connected. If you try to unlock with the spen out before it connects, it wont work

Upgrading from the iPhone X to the "normal" Note 10 (the normal one already seems huge next to the iPhone X but the Plus model was definitely too big for my tiny hands) and your videos are so helpful, thx.
There isn't anything here that can't be done with a finger. Not that I don't appreciate your video, but all of this is simply stupid. I am a new owner a Galaxy S10 Note + because it's the latest edition Android that I can fly my DJI Mavic Pro 2 with...but the S Pen? Waste of time and money. Just my humble opinion when you can do all of this with the exception of the remote camera click.

@Phoenix that's why it's preferable to put a case on your smartphone because it always happen to drop our phone accidentally.

Are all of these features available on the note 10 lite?
Going to buy samsung note 10 plus in 2020 even when the note 20 ultra is in the market,shops. I found note 10 plus more cost effective. Now another matter is note 20 ultra having some heating issue because of it's camera. Need planty of updates to fix this. Love this channel.
the screen write function on the Note 10 is terrible because you're forced to work on a minimized screenshot, making detailed work much more difficult--and once saved, it will revert to 100% size, magnifying any defects in your drawing. This issue has been reported and discussed on the Samsung website and more than a few longtime Note buyers will reconsider purchasing this device in the future if the function remains like this.
Sometimes I get impatient with some of your rumor videos. They can be repetitive and slow. With that said you are great instructor. Very well done video. Just got my note 10 plus 5g and the s pen is not setup by default googled the hell out of it and hit many actual Samsung pages none of which told me how to set it up ECT. Your video told me all and more! As usual you provided way more detailed information and insight into its use and setup. Thanks for your quality videos. Also side note my pen was black not blue so I totally thought I got a non bluetooth plastic pen but it does connect and charge so it must just be a change made in product color or something like that. So if your pen is not blue it's ok watch the video and learn how to use it here as Samsung does not provide this level of information!

I am new to note family with note 10plus and loving the pen and writing features but I like to know how to make note taking on a Full screen ( similar to the feature when the phone is locked and you pull your pen and it gives you the full black screen to write - which is awesome )
Is there any way to make screen full when you open your notes. I am not liking how the menu on top of the screen and bottom of the screen takes 20 percent of writing area. Same issue with OneNote as well, I haven't found any way to get rid of those and simply make it complete full screen.

Would it not be fantastic if you can use your S Pen to open an app over another application without it affecting the primary app you are working on? Like opening a calculator app over my whatsapp, finish calculating, close it back without taking off my whatsapp?

Wouldn't it make more sense if the s pen worked on every game and app? It should be no different that or dinner touching the screen, yet it doesn't work on so many apps that I try to use it on.. Step it up samsung..
