Summary MC killed old man's grandson, the old man killed MC and his whole family tree (not just his parents but every single person with the same last name as him). MC's soul was lucky that he escaped to an ancient battlefield, where he saw a person called "Ma Liang" was being killed then with Ma Liang's last breath, MC and Ma Liang made an agreement for the MC's soul to take over his body if MC revenge for Ma Liang and the story continues on MC using Ma Liang's body to live on a path to train/cultivate and take revenge on the old man. This is basically the beginning of the story ☺ MC stands for Main Character by the way

@@Ellesar925 They're not immortal, cultivating increase their lifespan by a lot but they can't live forever (except for some exceptions). So if the old man stop increasing his cultivation, his lifespan will stop increasing and he will eventually die of old age, though it will take a very long time.
