The float rigs work EVERYWHERE that has deep enough water! I always carry two in the car. Just in case. Looked like a beautiful day out and lots of fun!!
Those bait bags might be a bit easier with some "magic thread" used for spawn sacs. Just a half dozen to a dozen turns around the top of the sac and break it off. Save some time and it ties off quite a few bait bags from a tiny spool.
I love my dock demon, I use it for catching pinfish(grouper bait) for the offshore boats I go on down here in Texas. Try the Lemon Rig next time y'all are out on the rocks we use em down here all the time.

I bet a regular bubble float whipping rig would work great on the trout. Here in Hawai'i it's basically just a carolina rig but instead of the lead, its the bubble float(you insert main line through the small hole first). Have a 5-7ft leader depending on water clarity and rod length, and use saltwater flies or curly tail grubs. Mainly down here we use it to target topwater jacks like pāpio(young trevallies) and lai(leatherback/leatherjack). But the trout there look ferocious and I bet if they hit lures, this would definetly work.

In Singapore there are not a single good fishing ground or fishes and most of all everywhere there are many huge " No Fishing " sign board put up. If caught fishing you may be fine up to 3000$, I am so envy of all of you

We normally go to places where it's realy Rocky and high heavy water to catch crayfish. I'd like to try catching some fish in water like that or is it not recommended. I have tryed before had some nice bites but never landed anything so I don't know if it's crayfish or fish.

The bait in the beginning is extremely similar to what we use in the Great Lakes to catch steelhead and salmon. Awesome content!
