ITB syndrome is no joke. Makes running excruciatingly painful. When I had it, I simply couldn’t run until it got some rest and stretching. Then it would just come back on the very next run at the same exact mile like clockwork. When I would get it mid-run, I had to walk the rest of it. There was no other physical option but to walk. The pain made running not possible. How you can complete hellweek with both ITB and the Tijuana turbulence is beyond me. Edit: and both a hip and back injury??
Thank you! I have two more with him (both deployments in Afghanistan). Also have one from an EOD (explosive ordnance disposal) who served with him in Afghanistan and gives detailed description of his dangerous work. So stay tuned!
a lot of navy seals dont talk about are sdv and sere training, would love to hear some stories about that if possible!
Great idea! Brandon and I have both done SERE school. Will talk to him about us doing what you suggest. Thanks!
Raise volume in the audio...Cool channel though, subbed

When the SEAL candidates finish Hell Week they are largely basket cases! Truly amazing people!

I love how SERE school is just sort of an after note to BUDS.
Special Ops training is pretty much the only thing for which that would be true. SERE is pretty rough (I did it when I was in SEAL training).
Don Shipley bro... lol
Pretty much true!
Thought that was Dana White 😂
