@RnE6 was talking to the other guy, he posted a recent comment, im obviously not comparing myself to times that are over a year old, you didnt know a lot of very helpful tactics, so it was basically impossible for you to go faster
@ExhaustedPenguin fraps used to slow me down a lot but lower your game settings and record at half size and it should be much better, i only lag on te pit now, or it might only be noticiable there since im doing everythign so fast.
@TheLastGuyStanding00 so am i, i have done it in 16.90 seconds, with the accuracy bonus i did it in 18.75 and 200% accuracy so 8.75, if you dont beleive me say so and ill link you to the vids
@KingOSketchKomedy this was the world record like a year ago now its 17:25 co-op and 18:70 solo, im trying to get close to those times but its really hard my best is 19:00 lol /watch?v=OU64ViOOIag
@zooterno1 lol i do highly doubt that he got 17.98, but its not impossible i have a time of 17.95 on my channel, and ive tried just running through and it was actually mid 16s :P
@wmnxpyro most civvies are random, the ones that move from side to side can pop up randomly either side, so it is impossible to predict all of them
but please guy, keep in mind that making coop is very hard cuz of synchronisation, when one guy fails, we gotta start from the scratch, it means it much harder to get to the end perfectly, the second thing is that we made it one week after game premiere, when it was brand new and no tutorials on YT
Coop means HARD, not WEAK, just try that, and try to make it very fast... not easy at all
1. the fastest possible times are about 19-20 seconds, maybe some people would reach 18.XX if luckily did everything perfect.
2. I DID NOT SAY THIS TIME IS THE FASTEST EVER, WE JUST FINISHED ON THAT TIME, WE COULD PUSH HARDER AND BEAT OURSELVES, BUT WE LEFT THE GAME

1. record what U're talking about is probably CAMPAIGN, ours is SPEC OPS (its huge difference)
2. we created our record on 24.11.2009 what means we made it 2 weeks after premiere
3. we held it for over a month, there was no faster video on YT for over month
4. we had our time, every comment like U HAVE BEEN BEATEN is out of date :) but thanx for posting
STOP posting the hell those comments about 16.45 BECAUSE ITS ON CAMPAIGN MODE, have U ever played this game? Dont U see the difference between SpecOps and Story Mode?

Campaign mode allows TIME DEDUCTIONS, and these are bonuses for accuracy on shooting, if we got them, we'd have about 14seconds, got it?!

partnership in the pit is about coordination, timing, trust
Solo and 2players are totally different ways, think on it before You say some bollocks...
we wouldn't kill civilians of course if it wasnt necessary. Sometimes they unfortunately appear in horrible places and You have to make a decision immediately - make Ur way around or shoot him. If he covers the shot to enemy its faster to shoot them both :) Everything depends on current setting of enemies and civs.
Man, with all respect, be we did it 2 weeks after the game came out. The record was adequate back then. Now, of course it's been beaten. It's cool you've done it, but why boast? You've had like over 3 years to make it, no one's going to belive you you started yesterday.
pretty easy is that:
1. obtain FRAPS program (Registered version, no problem with downloading it)
2. set proper options in the prgoram, and run it in the background of the game
3. run game
4. follow key bindings like F9 - recording
5. You will get a nice .avi file in the Fraps directory
@JLyteHaven lol you cant get more than 200% accuracy because it doesnt count higher than that, and this is spec ops no accuracy included
Well all you haters you are 100% WONG..yes i said WRONG. Apparently i didn't beat your best time did i. Well i have a video...yes a video of me getting 19.55 of which i reached the melee in 10.3 seconds which is .6 seconds slower than usual. THEORETICALLY the fastest time is around 17 seconds so get over it..YOU ARE WRONG I HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE THAT PROVES THIS. It takes 9.7 to get to melee (thats not even theoretically fastest) and about 9.2 to finish the rest (again not theoretically fastest)
would have been impressive if you did it as early as these guys did, but the record for solo now is 15.80 :p, and co-op is 15.55 :p
I'm not trying to hate or anything, but not only is this on PC, but it's with two players soooo.... so far, without spending any time working out the best rought to take, I got a 25.1 by myself on PS3. Haven't tried it on Xbox yet, but it'll probably be around the same. And I saw some guy on here that has a much better rought so I should be able to get that down even farther.
@Jin1999 Thanx a lot bro. Just keep trying... Its all about good tactics and restart, restart, restart and again :) When we tried that, there was no good tactics on YT so we spent much to figure out our own. Good luck!
@looneykilla hey, at the end it shows stats of the player (guy who recorded) and the thing is that the second guy (me) killed those civilians, they were killed cuz of covering the targets, were shot through

Im not perfect i won't ever reach 17 seconds but if i was i would. ATM with some effort i could post around 18.50
@kellyesboy1 well i managed to stuff up and yet still beat your theoretically best possible time. I must say my theoretically best time is around 17 seconds for the whole the thing....its takes 6 seconds to reach the building btw,

@xXDaviid np :) BTW there was no way to avoid civ losses, thats why we shot them, they were just standing on line of fire, it WOULD be our mistake IF IT WEREN'T RANDOM

W1lco hit 9/24 and I (Matt++) - 15/24, for some people its just too hard to understand, maybe they had not even played mw2 before posting a comment

@klooger28 Just on Solo, I didn't try it too many times, just a few goes, got sth around 22seconds as far as i remember. It's nice too, anyway.

Its impossible to do in 10 seconds.. the fastest this course could be done is probably around 15-18 seconds.. me and my friend on XBL got 20.3
we got time similar to Urs after same time, but to GET BELOW 20 secs U NEED SPECIFIC TACTICS and MANY TRIES, think before posting

1st - You are so wrong, PC is best. I can write 500 pages to tell PC is better for shooters. But to give you a summary:
PC has no auto aim. console has. the point of skill in console is strategic play. PC has all of that but adds aim skill. auto aim is no fun. If you playconsole without auto aim, respect! And PC gamers are the best in the world. So tell me, why is PC for dorks?

Very nicely done. Your partner's a beast. Fuck the 2 civs, time still counts. I would like to try this on PC though. Me and my friend did 22.50 on 360. Was psyched as fuck to beat IW's time by 0.1. Solo my fastest time is 24.4. We're gonna try your run, see if we can shave a second or two off our time. Nice vid.

@Th3H0wT0 thats exactly my point. this was the record THEN. 1 week ago, xXDaviid said it was an amazing time. i said that it wasnt amazing and that people have done better. then RnE6 told me to watch the video all the way through and all it says is the date. xXDaviid said it was amazing 1 week ago.
i did 20.3 solo got a video to prove it too, and the world record for solo is actually 18.7 which 2 differant people have.
These guys knows how its done, the best strategy and good choice of weapon, i have seen a guy use 1.25 more sec and he did it on single player but that was on pc. But all in all i would say doing it 1.25 sec more time but 1 person less is better than this

@kingfiirenze you dont understand that in Spec-Ops unlike in the campaign mode the targets spawn in random positions if they are moving. so its basically impossible to try and plan for double shots or civilians.
Nice. My roommate and I have been trying to get our score down on my 360. We were at 20.8 then we tried it they way you're doing it and got 20.5 after 15(give or take) tries. Haven't gotten much closer but we're trying. :)

@RnE6 i know u did this very earlie after the game came out, but in the video at the end, its says beat it if you can, so we did. maybe they have beaten us, but so far we have the world record on youtube
hey 1 thing about this video during it i saw 2 civilians hit messages and i see it on the count b4 you crossed the line but at the end of the video in the final tally says civilians hit 0/5 dude wtf
true enough. they killed 2 civilians, but still best time. now, if someone gets same time and no civilian casualties, then its better. but even .05 seconds worse and no casualties is worse.
21.85 solo. me and my friend just went at it for an hour with 2 freidns watching us and telling us what we could do and how we could go faster and we finished with 20.3. much respect guys

@RnE6 Ok fine, you killed two out of five civilians, which is still a 40%. If this was on single player, the time after the penalty would have been like 20 something seconds...

Also, if you listen to some soldiers in the campaign, they say that "A guy with a funny british accent" did it in 18(Soap or ghost, I think).

I got the best time; it took me about 10 seconds to realize I had this in my Xbox instead of CoD4, and I abruptly ripped the power cord out of the back of my Xbox.
well 2 people make it look much faster. must have been hard not mixing up who shoots which target. So where are the other 7 hrs and 58 minutes haha jk. Good job.

Definitely best way to do it , I have clocked this at 25.42 but I did it solo. Never tried with second player but if I would I would do it this way.
@RnE6 actually, for PC this time is good but not "F****** amazing". Watch the video of the guy getting 18.70 alone on PC with no accuracy bonuses.

I play cod4 on PC so i know what your talking about (pc cant handle mw2 graphics) but playing strategic is more chill then playing fast
