I did this and I started yawning and I started waking up. I had to be up this morning. I genuinely learned this tip on my own. I oticed once reading a book while looking down was putting me to sleep. So i tired lookong up while tired as he does in this video and it woke me up.

I am going to try this! For some reason, my eyes are always heavy 1 to two hours after waking. (on average I get 6 to 7 hours of sleep. And experimented with sleeping various hours. But found 6 is the best.) I uber and will have to smack myself when no one is in the car and pinch myself discretely just to stop falling asleep. For this reason I want to get a 200 Dollar watch that shocks you.

I read a book years ago about how when you have your head leaned forward it cuts off some kind of circulation to the frontal lobe of your brain, causing you to be dumber and or lazier! I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but I feel that it could. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge.
