Divide and Rule:- yaani agar aap apne business ko family business bana sakte ho aur sabko us tareeke se salary do ki vo tax bracket me is tareeke se lie kare ki unka tax ya to zero ho ya minimum ho.
iske baad hamne dekha tha Expenses:- yaani business ka har kharcha as an expense deductable hai aur bache hue amount par hi hame tax dena padega. Isiliye agar aapke business goals aur personal goals aligned hai to aap vacation se le ke expensive hotels tak ke bill deduct karva sakte ho.
next hamne dekha tha ki Rich people Hide their wealth in stocks:- yaani vo apne business se cash tabhi nikaalte hai jab bhaut zaroorat ho varna vo use business me hi rakhte hai. aur business ka size badha karte rehte hai naye naye business lholte rehte hai taaki unki wealth badhti rahe.
next hamne dekha tha "Reduce your taxes in other locations" yaani Rich people apni parent company ki subsidary aisi location me khol lete hai jaha par tax rates kam hai isiliye unhe bhaut kam tax dena padta hai jaise ki apple ki ek subsidary company ireland me hai jaha par apple ko USA ke comparatively bhaut kam tax dena padta hai.
next hamne dekha tha Depreciation and amortization:- yaani koi bhi asset chahe vo building ho ya software ka piece iske kharche se bhi ameer log tax rebate le lete hai depreciation aur amortization ke zariye.
Loans use the leverage :- jisme hamne dekha tha ki croro rs ki net worth hone ke bavjood Elon musk aur Mark Zuckerberg jaise log ghar ke liye loan le rahe hai. Kyunki inhe kam rates me loan mil jaate hai aur ye apne shares bech ke paise nikaalna bhi nhi chahte. obiously kyunki inhe pata hai ki inke shares ka price jaldi badhga jitna ki loan interst bhi nhi hoga.

One small correction in the depriciation point is that for 80 lakhs ,10 percent won't be 8 lakhs every year because next year the reduced taxable income would be 7.2 lakh as per 10 percent and again next to that year would be reduced taxable income would be 6.48 lakh and so on
