Brandon Vega Nah man, I don't use glitches, It's too easy! Just play normal events and sell unwanted parts and buy parts from the tuning shop, It took me 2 days to max out this one, And about 3 hours to reach level 300
I just got my Race Nissan to level 300 in about an hour; Just go to the "midnight drive" race event (one of the first you encounter in the game) then keep winning and repeating this race. Teleport back to the gas station at the start of this event when you finish it. Everytime you win, you will get a better speed part. Install these parts right away (dont look at specs, just at your car score). Very soon your finish time will drop under 1:20min, making this what I think is one of the fastest ways of levelling your car and earning lots of money at the same time.
Indeed it would seem a bit useless to me, but maybe there are some air channels going to the rear of the car we can't really see? Anyway there are some real-life examples of cars that have a blower on a weird place like for example a monster truck where the blower sometimes is even facing the rear of the truck.

That Derelect 300+ speed I can't believe it
It's literally in kilometers a hour which is like 2 times larger number then mph
