The mop itself works very well!!! Worth spending the money on it. But how do you extend the mop stick???? It’s freacking annoying cause it doesn’t stay up the first time you buy it and then I can never remember how to extend it again. I bought 3 different once’s just cause of that.

Not impressed to say the least, To extend the arm is easy, but try and make it stay there is not easy. In the end, I simply tape it with duct tape and then leave it extended.

Complete rubbish. The handle doesn’t stay extended. Manufacturing fault as per 150 complaints by Amazon purchased owners.
