桃胶不易久煮,银耳要先炖煮软烂后才能加入桃胶,再煮半个小即可,最后加入枸杞是对的,葡萄干可以改成百合,百合也是要和银耳一起炖煮的。

我一般都是煮木瓜银耳枸杞桃胶的。晚上临睡前把泡发好的银耳加冰糖用电压力锅慢炖档煮上,早晨起来把煮好的银耳倒入锅里,开火加木瓜,加泡发好的桃胶,开锅煮(很容易沸出来),桃胶快好了的时候加枸杞,煮几分钟关火。
kongmei ji 我看视频她的桃胶还没有发到最大 就丢进去煮 如果桃胶还没发到最大 中间芯不是会很粘 粘牙吗?所以枸杞一定是最后放的吗?我每次都是全部一次丢进去😅
@@baby8859 桃胶要先用温水泡发好,把中间的黑杂质挑出去,你用手摸摸没有硬心了才算是泡发好了,如果银耳还没炖好,你可以把放好的桃胶用冷水泡着先放入冰箱冷藏。
枸杞和桃胶一起放也可以。
