To bad they did not list the extras into the price advertised. I know that whatever the total sticker price is, Always add 8 to 10 thousand for registration fees, doc fee, destination and sales tax.
Actually it does. 1*1.5*(1-0.35) = 0.975. It is a little lesser than what you started with. Maybe the 50% increase you listed is lower than actual increases in total so you maybe seeing end price that is not in line with what it should be.
@@godofwar4276it’s not, you don’t even need to do math….just compare the msrp by year. With those incentives you will be paying about the previous msrp and remember there also had incentives when prices were lower
Got my 2024 Gladiator Rubicon (Anvil) last evening for $22k off. They are still out there if you hurry. I had two sold out from under me this week until I snagged one last evening. Sticker was $60k. Out the door price $38,500. Look in Pennsylvania.
@@Scarmo21maybe he his lying but it’s a fact that stellantis has 20% off on some jeep models and 15% off on rams with national incentives and plus you can easily get 3k off on top by negotiating with the dealer
I am going to pop in here at TC 9:18. One thing that I kept running into back in September when I bought my Willys Gladiator was you would get these crazy prices but the interest rate was like 9 or 11%. So be careful out there. A lot of dealers will make a great sounding deal but that is not cash option. You will pay it on the backend with interest rates. Also as a data point. I got my Willys for 45k with 0% for 3 years. The MSRP on that was 58k. I would personally rather pay a little more at 0% then end up actually paying 4 or 5k on the backend.
These discounted prices should be closer to the actual MSRP value. Then any discounts should based on that price. Jeep has waaaay outpriced itself. Even with the discounts, its still too much. 42-45k for a Sport S is stupid.
You mentioned a little bit about financing. You also have to consider that these discounts are given at the dealerships based in part on with the bank will actually give a potential buyer. So it’s not the jeep, as a company. Or the dealerships getting these discounts because of any other reason but they are made to because when it comes down to it. The bank always has the final decision. I sell houses. I tell my sellers every day. That they can ask any amount of money they want for their house. Whatever “they think it’s worth“. Even if they do find a buyer that wants their house bad enough. The one who decides on what the buyer is able to pay. Is the bank. What happens in the end. After The house sits on the market for two, sometimes three times, longer than it should. The seller ends up dropping the price way below what the market value is. Then it finally sells. Jeep originally was about 20 to almost $30,000 over market value. According to their competition. Now they are losing their shorts on it. Contrary to what your mom taught you while you’re growing up. Money is everything. The end
@ So Jeep is discounting their product because at its original high price. The banks wouldn’t give out loans to people because of their monthly payments would be too high? So either people bring quite a bit to the table or Jeep offers a hefty discount. Sounds like Exactly what I stated above 👆
I bought a Rubicon Gladiator X in October of last year. I thought I got a banging good deal, but nothing like today's prices. Keep in mind, many dealers advertise low, low prices, and then add literally thousands of dollars in "add-ons" and dealer fees. Stay strong and just say, "NO." At the end of the day, they want to sell cars.
Same brother. Bought a 24 for $60K after it was reduced from $70K thinking it was a good deal. I waited 3 months for them to drop the price too. Getting screwed in depreciation right now
Even in Australia, the gladiators are becoming heavily discounted, I even have purchased one and am happy to have found alot of useful videos from you guys!
I got a great deal on a 2024 Willys Gladiator. I was holding out for months doing research and price watching. I’m rewatching all your videos now. I love it! Can’t wait for summer!
The problem I have is that Stellantis wholesale jacked up MSRP by 68% and now the DEALERS need to discount 36%. F'd the dealers just to get rid of their floor plan. Hopefully the new CEO turns this trend around. Bringing back the Hemi is a good start and lower MSRP to a reasonable amount will make a difference. $40K Rubicon Wrangler x 68% = $67K and then the bring them down 36% to $42K is just keeping in line with inflation.
I’m all for electrification 🤷🏾♀️ even though I know most Jeep purists hate it. Hybrid Hurricane would be the perfect blend for me. I’d love to see ~50 miles on a plug in charge. I was one of the (evidently few) people waiting for a 4xe gladiator but that’s not enough to justify producing a whole new line of product. They’re probably not going to produce it. Personally I don’t like the way the Recon looks, so I won’t be going for the fully electric. I’m waiting for prices to get closer to or below 30, then I’ll go grab a regular gladiator or like you said go pick up a wrangler.
I have a great dealer. Made a heck of a deal on a 24 Gladiator. No add on items, just a clean up front sale. They were anxious to get it off the floor. Turbo Blue Rubicon.
Just picked up a 2024 Rubicon Gladiator, 20% off list plus dealer discounts and only charge was a paperwork charge. No destination charge, no shipping charge none of those charges. Northern Michigan.
Bought a ‘25 Wrangler Sport 2 door for 30k back in mid-December. One month later, I saw a discounted Rubicon 4door for sale at the same dealership. My trade in value came back at 24k (with only 400 miles). Jeep Wrangler trade-in values will take a hit with all of these discounts.
The discount on the Gladiator does have me looking at them, but since I do pull a smaller camper, I need the max tow package that has been very hard to find in Wisconsin, which is surprising to me.
For many, it's not of concern. If it's a great deal, drive it for several years and then sell it. The warranty is 3 years basic and 5 years/60,000 miles on the drivetrain, from the date of purchase.
I'm a new Jeep Gladiator (Nighthawk Edition) owner as of 11/2024. I know it's just a Sport model with a few more bells/whistles, but I love it and can't stop driving it (went from a hybrid to this). It's a city slicker, but it was ~34k with 60miles on it. Still think it was a good deal and I'm not seeing these go for less now. Towing is 6000lbs, which is super nice!
The Mac Haik only honors the price if you meet multiple criteria which is very hard to meet. I actually recently acquired a 24 Willys Gladiator only because of the price. I got the upgrade for only about a 1,000 more than I bought my 2021 wrangler sport brand new off the lot.
I just got a Mojave for $47K. MSRP was $65K. I was able to get full payoff for my Wrangler so I didn't have to carry any negative equity so I feel like I got a great deal. I love my Mojave. Drives far better than any Wrangler I've ever had. Threw some 37" KO2's the day after I bought it and it looks and drives awesome with no extra suspension mods. Slight rub on passenger front fender so I cut a couple inches off and no rub.
Dealerships in California that are offering $60Kish Gladiator Rubicons for $40Kish are adding dealer add-on in the $6-8K range. Add-ons are inflated $$ PPF, ceramic coating, etched Cats, maintenance packages, etc.
The one thing to consider in regards to the discounts... is they are on 2024's. The 2025's we're already priced on average about 5K lower than 24's because they included the automatic transmission. And they just reduced that price on 2025's about a week ago by and additional $1,300 accross all trims. So, yeah they are pretty good deals, but in reality maybe only 20-25% off compared to 2025's. And, you have to get a higher trim vs a Willy's or Sport-S because the lower trims aren't discounted as much.
I'm working a on deal with my local jeep dealer on a gladiator X for $45k and "apparently " no add ons but now skeptical with all the electrical issues especially when trading my 4runner in and it's reliability .
Last year at a much smaller level regional and by zip code for 20% off eligibility Jeep did this. I ended up with a 61K Freedom Edition for 43K that had a 60,800 MSRP no BS deal. I had to drive 500 miles from home to get it though. They even gave me a good trade in on a five year old Renegade. Now, this year it was across the country on the 20% and dealers doing another 10% in many cases. Last Monday, I got up and saw a 69 and change K Rubicon X 30% off (48K and change) in white that ticked every box I ever wanted (except color) on a Gladiator AND I found a link to an FCA 2.9% 72 month loan that was unclear on if it could be stacked. So, being retired I went down to the dealership just to see what would happen. Well, the price was right, but no on the stacked rate. In fact they called someone while I was there to check and it was gone by the time I got home. BUT...IF This year's difference is that Jeep actually lowered pricing and that X would have been 75K in 23 MSRP. So, that's the good thing. The bad is that interest rates are still way high in the 8% range. I got mine at 7%. My 22 Ram 2500 is 3.24% for comparison and those percentage points are literally hundreds of dollars a month. But, if I hadn't purchased in Dec 2023 and seen that X for 48K and change last Monday, I would have got it in a heartbeat... Yeah, I did the math like you on Car Gurus and kept seeing the 29.6%ish come up, not exactly 30%... Oh, here on 1/18, looks like Jeep has already reduced the 20% off to 15% off across the board... Might want to check. They are using the percentages like a rheostat and by zip code are raising and lowering them based upon how many are on the lots in given areas of the country. That happened to me in 23. Looks like they might start giving them away in Florida. This is what they are doing... I was on my way on December 14th 2023 with a deal in hand for the 30% off on a red Freedom and got up Dec 15th to drive and they had reduced the percentage to 15% FOR MY ZIP CODE OF RESIDENCE. So, I didn't get it was pissed etc. But then on day after Xmas, they went back up to 20% off not counting the dealer 10% and I called on Dec 26th and they had sold my red Freedom. BUT they had an identical Granite Crystal one... So, we changed colors identical Gladiator and on Dec 27th 2023 I drove 500 miles and got it. And do NOT regret it. Last year however, ALL the deals went away Jan 1. This year, they actually improved the deals into January over December which historically was the best month end of month for deals. Big kudos to Tri Cities CDJR in Kenniwick Washington. Love my Freedome with selec trac.
Two Novembers ago I traded my JLU in on a 23 JTR with every option got it for 20% off & obviously i was pumped with a discount that big. A month earlier my buddy bout a paint matched JT sport with some options, he got 3% off & paid like 3grand less than i paid for a loaded Rubicon !!!! I'm not a big fan of the 24's and wanted the 23 but idk 36% OFF !!!! ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY INSANE !!!
I’ve been trying to nail down a Mojave at these prices for the last month. every dealer I’ve tried ads a couple thousand dollars at least. Maybe you could follow up on those and see if you truly can get it for that price. That would be a great follow up to this video, Also, im in California and there is just not the deals here west of Texas that you showed in the east. Sacramento is the cheapest advertised but you later find out there are 1-2 thousand worth of addons. Thanks for the video
There are no real discounts going in my area, the couple of Jeep dealerships we have are not budging on their high prices. At this point I’d absolutely take a trip to pick something up if I could find the right deal.
I bought my '23 Mojave new for 26% off the 55K msrp at I-10 MacHaik in Houston. Just got another JT. A new JTR for 36% off MSRP. No trade-in on either purchase. MacHaiks service department is not great. Use a different dealer for anything service related.
I've been checking dealer websites in the Los Angeles area. I'm not seeing deep discounts on the Gladiator. Most are $2500 to $3500 less than MSRP. The largest discount I've seen was $6500. A few were above MSRP. The Rubicon version is very scarce.
Great presentation again Matt. So for fun I just checked my provincial (British Columbia) dealers for 2024 Gladiators, any model. And NOWHERE near any 30% discount around here, north of the border. The discounts are as little $3-4000 off to high as $ 11,000 . So purchase price for most models are still over MRSP $60,000 CAD. No, i don't want to be the 51st state ! haha. With the dollar exchange, it might be worthwhile for some Americans to shop across the border? i might be in the market for a new jeep in 2-3 years, if my 2008 JKU can hold out.. By then i might be interested in the Jeep Recon or the new Scout truck/suv. Though i am a die-hard Jeepnut.
Thought it sounded shady, but they said 18k off a 24 Mojave.......cloth seats, but with the Alpine........0 percent APR........ I'll miss the F150 a little but I couldn't say no..... I'm a little worried what I'll spend on adding stuff to it..... So far it's fun with 90 miles on it..... I'm also in PA
Honestly it's tempting especially since my 2 door willys has an oil and coolant leak but it was the first vehicle I custom ordered and my grandmother loves it to much so I'm gonna stick by it
Anchorage Ak: JT Rubicon X 2024 fully loaded was $55k to $58k after discounts. Same dealer today (Jan 18,25) $59k after discounts and it’s not even a loaded Rubicon X.
Good evening Matt and Ryan, if and only if the prices are true, I'd buy one. But, if a dealer posted it and won't give that price ? Just to lure me in ? Boy, I'll be pissed, and I'm walking ! Do you also check comparable prices in the Northeast ? Ma., N.H. Vermont, Maine ? I moved from N.J. many years ago, served in the military, and I stayed in the Northeast. Or is this something I can do looking it up ? Please list some websites. Thanks in advance, you guy's are great ! Thank you, Joe
We’re shopping a bunch of dealers to trade my wife’s 18 JLUR for a 24 Gladiator. Definitely a lot of smoke and mirrors above the 15%/20% factory rebates. Still hoping to lock down a deal in the next week.
I am a huge Jeep fan, but I think Jeep has almost ruined the brand with these huge price increases. I just traded my Jeep off for a gmc canyon AT4X and I love it. Way more features better engine, and drives so much better. I really hope Jeep can turn it around but for now they have lost a costumer.
Man, just got a Mojave X, and between the Jeep and dealer discounts, it was $20,000 off sticker price!!!! With a 2016 2dr Wrangler Rubicon trade-in sale price was $36,000!!!!!! TTL out the door was $45,000! Great time for a new a Gladiator!!!!
The discounts on the Wranglers aren't enough for me and I also am very happy with my '18 JKUR. Had Jeep made the Gladiators available as a 2dr model, I'd probably bite on a base model automatic with roll up windows. I just never liked how long the 4drs are. Glad to see those prices coming down though.
It's definitely got me thinking about picking up another one again. Having owned both a wrangler and a gladiator, the gladiator was just a much better and more useful for everyday usage. Overall, the more of them on the road, the better. Just wish they'd put a 5.7 option in the gladiator.
I just bought a Red Gladiator JTR in Houston TX due to the $32% off deal. Loving it!❤❤❤ but I immediately swapped out the soft Fox shocks for the Falcon SP2 2.1 adjustable shocks; it drives planted now.
I got my 23 gladiator a year ago for it's was like 16k off the top in nevada it was sticker price 61k and I got it for 45 and I love it so much and love you guys to would love to so you do something with a gladiator mod it out and stuff for ideas as to what to do with it
I have to ask what State are you in??? We in Oklahoma don't see what your talking about on sales? I even asked a dealer in Lawton and they had no idea what your talking about. When I got my 2022 Jeep Sarahra JLU in OKC with small trade in for $35,000 and 47,000 miles. I got lucky because I missed out on a Rubicon and Sport when I was ready to buy, unless they have high milage they don't seem to stay on the lot for used cars, the 2024's I saw at Lawton Dealer carried around $60 to $70K.
Im intrested to know if these same dealers that you are looking with the 30% discount, would have been the same dealers 3 years ago that marked up prices with market adjustment tags. just a curious thought.
I'd get one of the Gladiator Rubicon X...Great deals,,, Sad part is though trade in on my 2023 2 Door Wrangler Rubicon would be way down too.....If they'd even want it now
Thanks for watching

I would enjoy some Gladiator content, something along the style of the current 41 build.
I have been looking & now ready to go. My local dealer has 20%. My question is the otd price. How much bs us added in.
I’ll take the little red one!!
I picked up my 23 Gladiator Mojave in August 24. MSRP was $70k got it for $50k. No regrets. Don Franklin Jeep Campbellsville Kentucky.
Most are $2500 to
$3500 less than MSRP. The largest discount I've seen was $6500. A few were above MSRP. The Rubicon version is very scarce.
Just be willing to travel and you can get that price
It’s worth a plane ticket and your time
Anchorage Ak: JT Rubicon 2024 was $58k to $55k w discounts Oct 24.
Only moved down about $4k in Jan 25.
Damn with 0 percent APR also!
What is wrong with the drivers side grill on the 41 in your video.
Timestamp?
It’s a new part we made that we’ve been testing
Rather have a wrangler
Rather keep my Nissan Frontier PRO4X v6 4.0L 5spd auto, Dana axles, rear differential lock, steel box frame, and NO recalls!
36% off.... that is still 20% or more higher than price 5 years ago. So maybe the price it should have been from the start before fleecing customers.
I paid around 52k for a rubicon back in 2020 and can now get an X for the same price, pretty good deal.
Crazy deals on gladiators, I got 12% off a Willy's edition Gladiator back in November
No dealers in Indiana seem to be applying these discounts. Still stupid prices for gladiators.
Honestly it's tempting especially since my 2 door willys has an oil and coolant leak but it was the first vehicle I custom ordered and my grandmother loves it to much so I'm gonna stick by it
Upgraded my 2022 gladiator sport to a 24 Mojave on Wednesday at Airport Jeep in Orlando.
Northeast Ohio, not many in this area to choose from
Anchorage Ak: JT Rubicon X 2024 fully loaded was $55k to $58k after discounts.
Same dealer today (Jan 18,25) $59k after discounts and it’s not even a loaded Rubicon X.
I just got rubicon. 25% off including dealer. Dang, should have held out for more.
Some show all of the possible incentives, military, first responder, etc on the price, I always use autotrader and search from low to high!
I just purchased a 2024 Gladiator Rubicon last week and it was close to $14k off!
That’s awesome!
We’re shopping a bunch of dealers to trade my wife’s 18 JLUR for a 24 Gladiator. Definitely a lot of smoke and mirrors above the 15%/20% factory rebates. Still hoping to lock down a deal in the next week.
Does the rubicon have a rear floating axle?
My $60k rubicon gladiator was $17,000 off before I even walked in the door.
I wish I could walk into a dealer and get a used Gladi at 70% of KBB! 😊
See any leftover diesel gladiators?
There’s a few out there!
Let me know where if you see one.
It's definitely got me thinking about picking up another one again. Having owned both a wrangler and a gladiator, the gladiator was just a much better and more useful for everyday usage. Overall, the more of them on the road, the better. Just wish they'd put a 5.7 option in the gladiator.
I want one badly. But I got caught needing a car last year a bit earlier than I wanted. So now I'm in a lease for about 2 more years.
36% is getting close to a fair price 65% Is the magic number same with gmc
Yeah
Just keep waiting for thst
I just bought a Red Gladiator JTR in Houston TX due to the $32% off deal. Loving it!❤❤❤ but I immediately swapped out the soft Fox shocks for the Falcon SP2 2.1 adjustable shocks; it drives planted now.
Is the rubicon the only model with the 4 to 1 transfer case?
Yes if memory serves me correctly
Do you know if they plan to do any discounts on the Rubicon 392?
I’ve seen some, not as deep, hopefully for my sake they don’t lol
@DIRTROADCRED for my sake, I hope so, because I want one. I have seen some for $15K off.
Anyone know what it might cost to remove all the electrification stuff can be removed? Then you’re left with a 4.0 engine only…..
Seeing more Gladiators with new tags in Torrance California. They are moving.
Don't believe those prices!!!!!
My next jeep will not be 4xe.. it’s ok for now but time will tell. Would consider a true non plug in hybrid though
Wow! I wonder if these Gladiator price reductions will come here in South Africa🔥
i paid 42k for my loaded 2019 2dr rubi. It has 126k miles so it is not worth it to trade in. No new truck for me.
saw a '24 Gladiator Rubicon at $21k off, here is the discount 2024 National Standalone 20% Below MSRP (1/B/L/E)
Gladiator would be a good deal if you lease them. It's likely with lot rot & massive depreciation it's not worth it for a purchase.
True, I just bought a 24' Mojave X, 20k off sticker!!
Nice!!
I got my 23 gladiator a year ago for it's was like 16k off the top in nevada it was sticker price 61k and I got it for 45 and I love it so much and love you guys to would love to so you do something with a gladiator mod it out and stuff for ideas as to what to do with it
Very nice!
Instead of ditching price, Jeep should offer extended warranties.
I paid $43500 for a 2023 Mojave in March 2024. cold whether package and aux switches.
My concern is why are they going so cheap. Is this a precursor that they may be going to discontinue for lack of sale
That’s a valid point
Just Expect Every Prospect
Meanwhile here in Canada, there are still 2022 Willys gladiators sitting around ‘new’ for 55-65k, ‘discounted’ :’(
Dang!
How do I get a 36% discount? Is it automatic when I order it?
Depends on the dealer, this was just a calculation based on some listings!
If I could fit it in my garage and keep my guitar amps dry to an from gigs I would totally trade the Willys in on a gladdy rube 💯🤘😝🤘
If I didn’t just buy a new truck I would’ve gotten a gladiator. Their prices were too damn expensive!!!
Im intrested to know if these same dealers that you are looking with the 30% discount, would have been the same dealers 3 years ago that marked up prices with market adjustment tags. just a curious thought.
Very good point, not sure to be honest! We clicked search nationwide and price low to high
Where is the damn gladiator 4XE???
Gladiator prices aren’t that low in SoCal
I'd get one of the Gladiator Rubicon X...Great deals,,, Sad part is though trade in on my 2023 2 Door Wrangler Rubicon would be way down too.....If they'd even want it now
