They have no mercy and are very manipulative, that is for sure. If you ever come across anyone who is trying to scam you, see what you can do about wasting there time and if possible reporting them to try and save as many people as you can.

I can't imagine scamming someone, especially an older person with a fatal disease like cancer, knowing she had so many bills because of chemotherapy. That's so heartbreaking, I'm glad Pablo told her the truth n then their boss came in n found out, and then the man scamming her was fired. I think he should of been arrested but I'm not sure what the laws are for that since he didn't receive and money from her or/and she didn't sign anything, but he did damage property that she has to have fixed now.

This isn’t how home inspection works. The buyer would get an inspection. The buyer’s lender would get an appraisal. The seller’s real estate agent would set an asking price based on comparable recent sales. Also, Jerry is awful at basic math.

15000-800 = 13,700 not 14,000
It’s $1300 not $800
