Everytime I think you've backed yourself into a corner you find a way to overcome. I liked the way to made the top fit together. So simple but so genius.
I just want to thank you for the lesson. I could not see what you saw when you started on this weeks video. But as you started to cut and tack I could see your vision. Thank you.
Brent ,your vision of what you have in your mind never ceases to amaze me .I love the way you tackle the drawbacks, then seeing it transform is unreal .Great work my friend .👍
Another display of your awesome talent Brent! You make a major challenge seem so simple. You have such a great eye for seeing what's not there 🙂. Thanks for sharing!
Looks like bullet holes below drivers rear window, lol! It's amazing how you can dissect the whole car and weld her all back better than it was. Thanks again Brent 👍
I wish I knew Brent in the early 1980's. He could have worked wonders for an old '73 Vega wagon I bought that needed a lot of work. I also had a '80 Citation I bought new, that I put 127,000 miles on, it needed a complete rebuild. Putting it on a Blazer chassis would have been ideal....
Brent is a master seamstress, a quilter of the metal. Karl is the yin to your yang with the "perfect" bead roll...in the end you both have hot rods. I think the cut and butt vision takes an eye for sure...as always...waiting on the next one!!
great work, more than most would ever take on and to see your confidence building by starting on the drivers side first without practicing on passenger side
WHAT AN ARTIST!!! Simply amazing what this guy can do with metal... My credentials for recognizing God given talent is the fact that I have been in Sheet Metal since 1966 and started my career in the Air Force as an "Airframe Repairman" on F-106 Delta Darts. (just a lot of Sheet Metal repair work)
Sick car to start with and they look way cool low and as a street machine so you really can’t build it the wrong way they just look cool no matter what
Brilliant work. Reminds me when you slapped together the cab on the general. Love to watch you do this stuff. Seems impossible, but the vision comes through.
You pulled a rabbit outta the hat on that 1 Brent, on getting those lines straight. Marvelous simply marvelous. Big Pablo gets a lil jealous of you loving on Buddy he come running right over hey hey break it up none of that lol. 👍😉✌
Brent, I'm liking this Dodgeoto right now!!! Yes, I know it's not your vision. YET........... I'mmmmmm waiting for more footage on this build!!!!!! You always keep your audience RIVETED!!!! HOW EXCITING!!!!!
I wouldn't call it a Halfass Garage... The shop is well equipped, the craftsmanship is superb, the projects are interesting, Brent's attitude is fantastic, camera & drone work is top notch, there's even a great dog. It should at least be a full ass garage, maybe even an ass & a half garage.🙂Love your shows, keep up the great work.
Thank you...I binge watch your stuff....you are a relief...I live vicariously through your vids....there is so much that I want to do and cannot for various reasons....you are awesome....please make more stuff...lol...informative and your easy to follow...!!!!!!
Love watching this progress. It's complicated. But simple. But complicated... watching you take it section by section is a testament to your patience and skill. Thank you for always considering the camera angles so I can get my head wrapped around your process and how you're attacking it. I'm learning alot watching you work and much more than just being entertained by the fact that you laugh off your frustration. I'm learning. Thanks for what you do man!
You cut stuff up with such confidence. Everything just works out for you. SKILL FOR SURE. Best u tuber BRENT .I MUST SAY. just keep making them videos and I'll keep tuning in. THANKS FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT
When I describe your work I tell my friends I tell them that Brent has a GOOD EYE and sees into the future on what this is going to look like Great Video on doing that magic trick. Love the way it looks already.
Wow this car is like a jigsaw puzzle Brent, but watching the master doing what he does best is great. I see your bark manager is keeping an eye on you. Thanks for sharing your content. Take care
Your a madman Brent, lol. I love to watch you work. You cut and chop with such confidence. I'm guessing that equates to skill. Looking forward for the next video.
Awesome at first no, don't cut the other roof off but watching stitch this roof on it looks much better this way the curve matched line on the door Yeah you do great work that gap in the back will disappear it a lot of fun watching create thanks for the great show I been the hospital now I'm back home where I can watch you and others create.
Amazing work! Don’t know how you saw that by looking at two different models but you are definitely making it happen!!! Sounds like you are back to your healthy self again. Glad to hear it!
Interesting how one side of the roof laid down so much differently than the other, yet they seem the same . I 've been told that you can only see one side at a time. Nice work
your my hero when it comes to car builds, I have been working on cars my whole life but now at 75 I pretty much leave it to the younger folks. In my opinion, I like the shape of the original roof it reminds me of the forty Willys coup, and I think it was a three window, but all and all it looks cool. I look forward to seeing all the great builds, your biggest fan T.
There’s nothing run of the mill about your builds Brent, that’s what I love. Even if things aren’t easy to overcome you find a way. Keep up the good work.
Brent, interesting to see how you cut and fit small areas without warping the metal. You get away with stuff I can't. I always used a wet rag to cool the spot welds and move all around to different areas to keep it cool.
Brent this is going to be a “body and fender “ project, for sure. Lol. You are absolutely the very best hot rod builder on RUclips. Best of luck to you.
I love the car and the fact that both of them were very close to scrap but were saved. However I don't get the roof change. I thought the original one looked better personally. And you're chopping this too? I definitely admire your work ethic. I'm looking forward to seeing the end result.
It is a pleasure to watch you sketching in steel. I keep thinking "no, don't do that" but then it starts to come back together. I love the freeform sculpture approach.
fantastic work as always. You really are an artist with metal. I too like the sloped roofline better instead of the more bubble top you're going with but I trust there must have been some better reasons not to go with the slope. Either way, fascinating to watch the progress.
Always learning something at the Halfass school of metal art. Digging the 5 window look but must have missed the earlier comment about chopping because just before you closedthis video out with the chop comment, I was thinking about how cool a chop would look; but now you will have to put more metal back in the roof. Looking forward to that. Thanks!
You are responsible for a change in my approach to fabrication. I'm not fretting about what's next nearly as much. I trust it will workout, or it can simply be welded back on. I'm having more fun and that's what it's all about.
All I can say is wow. You keep saying you don't know what you're doing. Are you serious? Watching you meld metal into drivable art is sooooo relaxing after a week in the salt mines! And I really appreciate your family friendly content. I have no trouble sharing this with my very conservative family. Not a word of a lie, you sir have the best channel on the RUclipss
I love watching you fabricate and how you solve the problems that come up.
Never a dull moment with your builds Brent. Liking the tunes too!
Everytime I think you've backed yourself into a corner you find a way to overcome. I liked the way to made the top fit together. So simple but so genius.
I just want to thank you for the lesson. I could not see what you saw when you started on this weeks video. But as you started to cut and tack I could see your vision. Thank you.
Anyone who watches your channel could easily build their own car. The knowledge you impart to your viewers is invaluable!
lol watching someone is a bit easy'r than doing it yourself
@@bossbuick8615 true but without the knowledge of how to do it you couldn't even try
@@bossbuick8615 Agreed, good info though. Skills still need to be developed or had to actually do the work!
BUNCH o' WORK ! Brother Go Grab ya, a few Cold Beers ! YOU Deserve It ! ! ! BRAVO ! ...Newk from Kentucky
Great job,Brent. Can’t wait to see how the top rolls into the back deck. 👍
That is truly great how you always tie all the pieces together. Excellent. Thank you.
So much work, but you know its going to come out awesome in the end. Great winter project.
Brent ,your vision of what you have in your mind never ceases to amaze me .I love the way you tackle the drawbacks, then seeing it transform is unreal .Great work my friend .👍
Sheet metal sculpting 101. Really enjoyed watching that; thanks Brent.
I think this 5 window look is money! It looks sooo much better than the old quarter windows. I know you want the three window look but this is good!
This build is so different from your last few because of the excess metal work. Interesting. Thank you for sharing.
Another display of your awesome talent Brent! You make a major challenge seem so simple. You have such a great eye for seeing what's not there 🙂. Thanks for sharing!
A privilege to watch a sheet metal sculptor in action.
One thing about your builds, their never boring. Cars looking good! Can’t wait to see how it turns out
A lot of extra work but it is starting to come back. I know the plasma cutter speeds up the process but I don't think my brain could keep up to it.
Work of art Brent. Didn’t think you could pull that off. Brilliant stuff!!
Thanks!
That's really starting to take the shape of a businessman's coupe with a long decklid/trunk area. Always loved those.
Looks like bullet holes below drivers rear window, lol! It's amazing how you can dissect the whole car and weld her all back better than it was. Thanks again Brent 👍
Watching someone this good is always fun. Regardless of the project.
Amazing what you can do with scrap steel. Always fun to watch.
Watching you work and laugh at some of the difficulties you run into is so enjoyable and relaxing
Pablo is waiting for warm weather cruisin, looking good 👍🏻
I just sit back and watch Brent do his thing . I could never do what he does so I always enjoy the shows.
I usually think "What is he talking about"? Then he does it and I say "Oooooohh"! Lol
I wish I knew Brent in the early 1980's.

so enjoyable to watch your talents come alive, it is like being there, learned so much of the knowlege being passed on. Excellent work.
Just suggestions, I am 80 years old please don’t listen to me! I just really get involved with your builds, enjoy your videos!
Brent is a master seamstress, a quilter of the metal. Karl is the yin to your yang with the "perfect" bead roll...in the end you both have hot rods. I think the cut and butt vision takes an eye for sure...as always...waiting on the next one!!
Man that is a monster of a project if you don't just focus on the right here and now bits and projects! Excellent work getting it that much closer!!

Wow you got the swoop on that nice looking coupe. Looking fantastic. Love all the work. Keep up the great work
Hey, so enjoy watching your videos. It’s like watching an artist, creating something didn’t exist before it’s amazing.
It is amazing how you can cut it apart and splice it back together, looks awsome so far, can't wait to see completed

Going to be a sweet ride when finished and Pablo says get it done.
Hello Brent, moving right along and looking good. Anxious to see this progress. As always great work my friend. Be good and take care of yourself. 👍
You have the eye to make this look great, three window is the way to go, then you take that top and give it more slope down to the trunk.
Nice work, slowly being picked back together. 🇦🇺🇦🇺👍👍
I wish we could meet and I think we could enjoy many laughs.
They should call you the magician! You make things disappear and reappear completely different.
The roof stitched in really nicely Brent!
Car is starting to show the beauty it will become ....great watching
Nice job on the roof Brent, that one looks so much better than the other one.
Amazing work! Don’t know how you saw that by looking at two different models but you are definitely making it happen!!!
Sounds like you are back to your healthy self again. Glad to hear it!

You can probably think of all of Canada as wet rag this time of year. . .
Looking really good Brent! I like the look. 👍👍🎉🎉🎉🎉🤘🏻🤘🏻
Looking good brother. I like how you attack that with what looks like .023 wire, ✌
The proportions are really coming along Brett. Looks great. Wow
