Another idea is you have to switch between your primary and secondary gun each kill. So if you kill an enemy with your primary, you can't use that gun again until you get a kill with your secondary and vice versa.
You should try to win a match using the class that they give you at the pre-lobby (if you want to make more difficult use the actual attachments of the gun)
Use the MW and CW versions of the same guns as primary and secondary. Like kit out an M4 as a sub and an xm4 as an AR. Go really crazy and try an MP5 as an AR to go along with the other MP5 as a sub

You need to use the 1 kill per weapon rule instead of switching the whole loadout. That way when you kill someone far away you have to switch to your secondary.
Hear me out, “The bounty hunter challenge”. The team can only kill players marked by a bounty or most wanted. Meaning if they are getting shot at by players that are not most wanted or marked by a bounty they CANNOT shoot back. Only run in hopes of survival!🥶
Yall should do a no buy station challenge so you have to pick up most wanteds to get a team revive and stuff
