As per usual, absolutely fantastic review! The G.I Joe Classified line is the BEST that Hasbro has put out in years, and some of the best toys I've held my hands on PERIOD! I'd love to see more in the future, happy new year!

Man i love admiring this line. I haven't picked up any yet however there are a few i may consider to pair along side my captain America and bucky to be more or less modern howling commandos

I have a few legends and classified figures displayed together and they go great together. The Joe's make for a great military team for Cap to lead in to battle.😅
I find that I just lose myself in this line. Almost overwhelmed with nostalgia and childhood imagination as a grown man. I too have invested in Army building and mint in box collecting so definitely heavily invested lol. Forget about Toy line of the year. This could be The toy line of all time right after the original real American hero line. 👊🏽
Gotta get more vehicles to get into that rate air, but the possibility is there!
Firefly is my all time favorite GI Joe character, and I love that he got an amazing figure
Great call - I played for him for hours when he came (the new one - my old one has had to have his O-Ring replaced numerous times from being played with)
I love this line so much. Not only the figures are good these figures came with a whole lot of accessories for example Sergeant Stalker he comes with 10 accessories

I love this line so much. I’m 23 years old and my dad used to collect all the figures from the 80s and 90s and all I wanted to do was play with them as a kid. Heavily considering continuing his passion but with this line myself.
I think it is great that you get a version to consider your very own!

I’m surprised you didn’t mentioned the Steel Corps in this video. Among other figures that came out this year like Big Ben or the numerous repaints the made they put out. I guess they were the blunder of the line. Which was funny seeing people were excited at first about the Steel Corps, until they turned around and collectively say they are the worst.
I liked the Steel Corp - especially all the stuff they came with like the jet packs. I should have profiled Big Ben in the "other cool figures" section, but honestly I just had to cut some stuff or this video would be 2 hours long. Would you like to see more Joe coverage on the channel?
@@CarbonScoring they were way to hyped when they came out and the only selling point of that two pack are the Jet packs. Which is the reason anyone really brought it. I would like to see more videos from you covering more Gi joe.

That's how I feel about gi joe. I have a shelf of joes, but all my joes got a little story to tell in my displays all articulated......no more vanilla poses😂

I never liked GI Joe growing up, but after getting into figures a couple months ago Classified has become my favorite. Not super into plain military guys, or all the retro stuff, but I really like Cobra and the ninjas.
I think you have hit on one of the best parts of the line - there is something for everyone!

Born in 1977..g.i.joe is still my favorite. Honorable mention is Legos. And those are a DISTANT second..
G. I. JOE'S were flying around my world at 10 yrs. Whether zipp-lining on thread, or parachuting in the yard, to riding shotgun on anything with a remote control.
Just started my collection as i was big on collecting the 3.75 inch line from 80s and 90s. I had to start with General Hawk of course.
Wolf Spider is a brand new character that Hasbro created this year.
He is super cool!
Btw the brain on Range Viper isn't exposed, it's just an intimidating helmet!... Mole rats were toxo vipers that got exposed to a chemical, and turned zombie ...great piece btw gonna subscribe

I really want a Classified Series Blowtorch. Him & Snowjob used to go everywhere with me as a kid, along with my Biker Scout figure. Can't wait for those 3 to be able to hang out again, in 6 inch form of course

Back story for Mole Rat is they are soldiers that are sent to dig up dark energon and got mutated by it. Something new that Hasbro is doing to tie in with Transformers. Great videos like always!

I didn’t know the fridge went to Clemson. We bought a house about 25 minutes west of there. I can’t go more than a 100 feet or so without seeing that Clemson paw logo on something (bumper sticker, truck rear window etc,). Originally from the northeast, and where other house is, syracuse university is very nearby. There are decent amount of people who wear syracuse stuff, but not like the Clemson locals and surrounding areas. I have gotten a couple of classified figures. I really like the carded retro line (I have Duke and scarlet on pre order, and got storm shadow, gung ho and a crimson guard). I keep the carded ones on Card for nostalgia purposes. I have yet to find a snow job I want to pay the full price for, but maybe I will just bite the billet and grab him. If he had a more red/orange beard like the original I would have already gotten him. He and Destro were the first two Joes I ever got. Also waiting to get my hands on Doc. Always like his uniform aesthetics. GI Joe meant a lot to me over the years, small part of the reason I went into the military even. Glad we can see these new versions on shelves, etc

I have been to every Clemson game at Syracuse, but this year I flew in and out of Buffalo (went to the Bills/Dolphins game the next day - I have a friend who is friends with Thurman Thomas and we watched from his box - not-so-humble-brag) and I drove across upstate New York - it was goregous - much more lovely country side than I ever imagined. Fridge was a freshman on our 1981 National Championship team. I would still recommend the Snow Job figure, in hand the beard is very much the red/orange you are looking for
I added a new email for a side business I want to start shortly as I retire (I have been making “welcome” sign bears but with a twist, I have taken that basic premise, and have made some Star Wars characters, a Super Mario, Clemson Tiger mascot, and some others) and all of my Google activity went to this email. I am a Bills fan since 1989 season when I was a freshman in high school, Thurman Thomas is the man! Was very disappointed he was overshadowed by his former Oklahoma teammate as well Emmit Smith in his NFL career. Our NY home is about 55 minutes from SU’s football dome. Big mark stadium reminds me of Clemson’s stadium. Smack dab in the middle of a not hugely built up area, with the stadium sort of like the national mall in DC, the tallest object in the local area. My wife and I drove the western portion of the upstate SC hen we were looking for a house there two summers ago, and the area from Lake Jocassee down to Lake Heartwell really reminded us the Adirondacks, down to the tan/yellow on brown signage around the lake Jocassee area.
Alright Carbon Scoring, while at work today (still in the now soggy, no longer frozen central NY, have two months before I am done patrolling the land up here) I saw an email from Hasbro Pulse. I normally ignore these but looked anyway. Saw Zartan retro carded 6 inch for 24 and put it in the cart. Shipping was so much, I figured I should make it worth my while and looked for Torpedo. I loved that he was a Navy SEAL as a kid, and now that you can see his face he is even more awesome. I hesitated though, remembering what you said about how Snow Job looks in hand. I pulled the trigger on him as well. I had avoided classified until I saw that retro carded Gung Ho this summer. After I went they Airborne school in 1998, I didn’t think his aqua colored vest and BDU pants were such a stretch (there were two very salty E-6 Marines who the army airborne black hats allowed to help keep our class in line). At “schools” like this in the military, you being beater BDU, fatigue, or whatever other name for camo uniforms a particular service uses. These two Sgt’s had the closest color tint to their BDU’s to Gung Ho’s uniform that I had ever seen. In my chalk we had a SEAL JG (just graduated from BUDs and was an O-1 or equivalent To an army 2nd LT), a few Marine recon guys. A hulk of an Air Force E-4 who was a SERE instructor, and then myself, a PV-2 in the army. The SEAL was awesome as a chalk leader, pushed us hard but also took care of his for the duration of the school. I brought up the colors of the Marine BDU’s and he said they were that color due to years of saltwater exposure and sunlight. Well, I have had some skin cancer moles removed so whenever we go to the beach I bring my old BDU boonie hat, and wear it in the ocean, Been almost twenty years of a week or so being soaked in saltwater, still not aqua yet!

I hate whe everybody mentions the Eels . It was sold out early on Hasbro site....and unless I take a chance on a China site with suspect consumer reviews..... I have to pay nearly 60$ BEFORE Shipping !!!! Does anyone know what's up w them... I live in NJ an hour south of NYC... and cannot find it.. hell id pay 40 if I had to but what's the deal? Just to many hoarders army building ?
Be patient - they have been announced for the retro card line - hopefully will be much easier to find. Also, check out Big Bad Toy Store - they usually have figures even when Hasbro Pulse sells out

G.I. Joe Classified is the best figure line out these the days for sure hands down .. having said that , I didnt pick up a one of these figures in 2023 , as a MOC collector those Hasbro crap plastic free blind boxes they all came in are nothing but garbage .. I didnt pick up a single one of these .. its shame because Shipwreck is my favorite Joe.. great job Hasbro fucking over 40% plus of your custumers base that way .. FU HASBRO !!! MOC FOREVER !!!

I feel like the eel is only on every ones best of list because of his rarity …..torpedo is a wayyyy better figure
I wanted to like Torpedo more - but the lack of clear plastic on his goggles make all the difference
The bags under Lowlight’s eyes is also a nod to the cartoon episode Nightmare Assault. He’s shown up late not getting much sleep and the nightmares he has from his troubled upbringing.

General Hawk, Ripper, Snow Job are near perfect, imo……there’s so many great Classified figures, you could do a top 25-30 and make a case for each one being one of the top figures!

I loved GIJOE growing up, but I am not a fan of these modern takes. If they had made them all just a 6 inch version of the toy I would have been in the whole way. Don't get me wrong, the figures are good, just not my style. I much prefer the toon looks from Super 7 and hopefully their new O-ring line will be great. Glad to see everyone having fun with the line though even if it isn't for me.

Noooo No no...why does Cobra COmmander look sooo pathetic and crappy? what the hell??? He looks more cartoony. He should look a little more like the Troopers and slightly darker blue than this current outfit. His helmet looks terrible and his metal face. Noo..
The OG Cobra Commander, from way, *WAY* back at the start of the whole line is more of what you're talking about.
