Hi , one of the greatest things i love in my country the architecture and the history . we are very lucky to be able to visit such incredible places . 😊 hope you enjoyed your time here .
It's something that we truly appreciate too. The oldest buildings in our hometowns are from the late 1800s so to see buildings from the 13th century and older is astounding for us! We can't wait to come back next year!
Outstanding & very professional filming & Commentary of the beautiful City of York, with its fascinating history, charming. medieval streets, quaint buildings & shops..especially at The Shambles. I especially loved that one Shop called 'The Shop That Must Not be Named." Oops! 'I should not have said that! I should not have said that!" LOL. On top of that, such unique & quaint pubs with delicious looking food, as well as, unique choices in drinks & flavors of Ciders. Above all, though, is the magnificent York Minster! It truly is majestic & captivating, both inside & out! With its breathtakingly beautiful stained glass windows, classic pipe organ, stunning ornate ceilings, beautiful decorative tile work and intriguing carvings, figures & crypts. Ending with such a stunning view of this amazing City from the Minster Tower, especially capturing the darkening evening twilight with the warm glowing lights! Incredible! This charming, historic & ancient City of York. along with the York Minster is truly magnificent in every way! I really love the wonderful City of York! Thank you for sharing it in this captivating & thrilling experience!
Thank you!! We had such a beautiful day there and your love for the city is amazing! The view from the top of York Minster was surreal. It felt like we were in a medieval fantasy world. We tried to stay an extra day to see more, but we couldn’t make it work. Next time!! Thanks again for your kind words!
Another awesome vlog! I am seriously a fan of how you start your videos, how you show so much variety - food and drinks, historic spots, adventures you take on and fun places as well as a good general overview. I cannot believe you don't have thousands of followers, so hopefully if I keep liking and commenting you will start to get more views from the algorithm! LOL Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see what your accommodations name was. I'm going in September, and since getting ready to get mine set, I'd love your take on where you were - would you stay there again? Thanks!
Thank you!! We value having the videos as our own travel journals so we can look back on our experiences. If we try to look at it that way, it’s always worth all the work! But comments are supposed to help the algorithm so keep em coming!! ;) That hotel is called The Roman Bath. It was in such a great location and our room was so neat. We sat up on the window sill late at night watching people on the street below. The bath was closed when we went or else we would have showed that too. The pub was cool too and had great music. It’s worth a stay for sure!
I've watched videos of you visiting some of my favourite cities in the UK and my takeaway is .... I like you two. You should have a lot more subscribers than you do, but at least you have one more now. Me!
