    Thanks,i had spondylolishesis,got a spinal surgery but still have muscle pain, cause by excessive APT,i tried to work out the group of muscle that involved,feel much better,thanks for a useful information.

    We don't have a reverse hyper machine at my gym...would this exercise be sufficient?!

    How many reps - how long? Doing this to get rid of hyperlordosis along with many other exercises. Thanks for answer.

    If you flex the foot toward the kneecaps it locks out the knee and keeps the leg straight naturally.

    Do you recommend a 45 or 90 degree table for strengthening lower back? I cant decide

    I've had two lumbar discs herniation for 11 years now, and have lost 2 inches in height from 6'2 to 6'0 tall. I'm now same height as some people I used to be taller than, and shorter than some of my friends I used to be same height with. I hate being robbed of my height so much. please help!!!!
