I have a Huanyang 5 kw that looks exactly like that. My instructions for programing are very confusing to me so could you please go thru the programing procedure on yours for us to learn from? Thanks for bringing us along. .
hi... do you by chance have a video of wiring up the VFD ? I bought the same VFD for a compressor and just trying to figure out how to wire up the pressure switch to turn off the compressor when satisfied. Thank
I will have one very soon, on your compressor the pressure switch mounted on the unit should do all the on and off functions of the motor, you wouldn’t run anything to the vfd to shut it down. Feel free to send me pics of your setup at Badam485@yahoo.com
Curious to find out if this worked for you or not. I’m trying to source a VFD to run a 220v 10hp 3phase motor on a 220v 1phase power source for a sawmill I’m building. Curious to see if it would work for my application.
Hello -- I am picking up a 3PH Table saw. The Saw: 5HP 208V 60HZ 12.6Amp -- And I only have 230 1PH power. I have seen where some are saying to get a VFD that is higher HP than what the motor is rated at so there is no issues? So if that is true, should I get a 7-1/2HP or a 10HP VFD to run the saw motor via the VFD inverter? I like that you said in the beginning that you work with VFD's all the time so I am seeking your expertise. OH! and one more concern -- Since my saw motor is 208Volt 12.5 Amp -- should I be needing a "Buck" Transformer to reduce the 230 Voltage to the motor coming out of the VFD?
I have a friend with the 20hp kit and he likes it, he used a different on off switch like I did and I believe he uses there standard start capacitor setup

I’m sure it would, I have a buddy that has 3 of these on 10hp machines with no problems after over a year so far
Just saw this video, how are you getting along with this vfd by now?
@@Blazefork it’s in use pretty much daily, no issues whatsoever
@@smalltownmachineshop6860 Thank you for the prompt reply!
@@Blazefork your welcome
I'm going to get one for my 2×72 belt sander, great video..
Where did you order from? What is brand?
Ordered of eBay, brand is isacon power control tech
Hey do you think this will work for a 10 horse air compressor
Iv never ran a air compressor off one, but I have heard of people doing it. I’ll ask some people I know and see if they have
@@smalltownmachineshop6860 okay cool just let me know thanks
I am running a 5hp compressor on one of these, planning to run a (different) 10hp compressor on one soon
@@zprawucki okay cool just let me know when you do

How to reset to companysetup?
The only problem with VFD's is they churn out terrible harmonic distortion.⚡⚡
That the do, especially the larger ones, the big ones at work for like 200hp motors we put filters on
You are used to install VFD's, so I suppose putting this one to the task will be a piece of cake :)
I have there 15kw up to 20hp for my band sawmill project with a baldor 20hp inverter drive motor hope it works

Looks like someone got another toy
