That's what we call 'grace under pressure'. Rome wasn't built overnight similarly Joy's vocal prowess and agility are a results of years of training and enhancing her vocal pipes plus all the events and competitions in the past where she sang literally for her life, as many singers here in The Philippines are breadwinners or the bread and butter for their families, further polished her talent to take very difficult songs without vocal restraint or facial twitch.

The Philippine's were like a bird who just simply sings their hearts ❤ out wherever, whenever, despite, regardless and no matter the weather. Many say, 'it must be something in the water' as The Philippines is surrounded by bodies of water and frequented by storms and monsoons that bring heavy downpours.

It's a bit sad that TVG didn't show the interaction between Joy and Jacqueline a few seconds after Shirin's hug because Jacqueline is so damn wholesome. She was incredibly proud of Joy and even told her not to be sorry about winning the duell because she deserves to win this. Really incredible personality
Joy was really sad she had to challenge Jacqui because during the competition they became really close. Right after. Joy couldn’t stop crying but Jacqui was so ok with it, she was like. If Joy challenged me and I lost I am fine. She so amazing. I love Jacqui and I love Joy❤ it is really hard to be in that position specially at this point in the competition… we have gotten all so close to one another and to feel responsible for letting someone else go, that you already love and appreciate… is not easy
I see that Joy is not comfortable w/ this piece but the warrior in her shows that she rose up to this very challenging song. I just cannot see joy or pleasure in her singing .it's as if she is having a hard time and cannot move freely

Dass Joy über eine außergewöhnliche Stimme verfügt, hat sie schon beim harmonischen Duett mit Linus gezeigt. Außerdem hat sie sich dort sehr fair und sympathisch gezeigt. Eine Nuance mehr Gefühl😄 Sicher man fühlt sich von manchen Interpretationen mal mehr oder weniger berührt aber sie singt wie ein KI Roboter....aber bei manchen Menschen entlockt das Gefühl von virtuoser eiskalter Perfektion ein GEFÜHL der Zufriedenheit.
Chandelier is such a difficult song to sing! You need to have the vocal dynamics like Joy has to be able to sing it. Well done Joy!
The best so far rendition or cover of Sia's Chandelier! It's very powerful and dynamic yet very emotional and dramatic plus she made it like her own. Her facial expressions, hand movements and body gestures added more colors to her already vibrant vocal prowess and agility. The arrangement of the song was brilliant that further showcased her styles and skills. She took us gradually to the ethereal skies then all the way to a different bombastic dimension. Somehow busog na busog ako sa performance mo Joy kahit na parang medyo nabitin kasi parang maiksi at dumaan lang ang performance mo. It was very eargasmic that I kept wanting for more. Madamo na Pasidungog Kanimo Joy from a Bisaya here in The Philippines! 🎉

Check out Ella Nympha in Little Big Shots (hosted by Steve Harvey). She was only 12 yrs old at that time she sang this song, she's also Filipino. She belts the highest note too, like Joy. Also Darren Espanto sang this too on Wish 107.5. It had millions of views & was taken down by RUclips, but it's been uploaded in other channels.

full blast voice.. the transition though, headtone , falsetto, riffs and runs, very high range... Shes like a machine eventhough shes not feeling well in that performance but she give her best and goosebumps.
