They could also not carry him so he had to walk himself to the car screaming in pain and they ordered me to hold a chair behind him in case he would fall... A woman should not be a firefighter either. Its insane.
Did you report them about their nails? Everything else they were bad at were awful, but long nails are bacteria factories & cause issues when handling people.
My dad is elderly with dementia.. he's had a couple falls..our EMTs bring at least 3 men to the house to get him up and into the ambulance.. and they struggle.. Dad is only 190lbs, but (for lack of better terms) it's 190lbs of dead weight Women couldn't get him up off the floor.. I know this because my mom, my daughter and I have tried..

I work in machining and when I have my nails done for an event I always make sure they are short enough that I am able to do my job. Im 5'10, 177lb, female. The fire-woman grabbed my arms and she pulled and pulled with all her strength, but she couldn't pull me out. Then a fireMAN climbed through the hatchback and he yoinked me so fast that I felt like I was flying! He had no problem pulling me out. I am a 24 year fireman who works with 4 female firefighters. They are wonderful ladies but they can't do the job effectively. We also have several men who are dainty fellas who can't either. Long ago they started hiring anyone who could past rhe written test instead of people who past the testy and is capable of doing rhe job effectively

It's so obvious to anyone paying attention that the fires around L.A. were intentionally set. First off, the fires are in remotely separate areas, yet all happened simultaneously. Extremely coincidental. Secondly, the aftermath looks suspiciously like the Maui fires, which were also not "natural wildfires". The burn path and type/color of the rubble do not seem like a natural fire at all. It seems most likely that these fires are/were intentionally set, and involved some sort of weapon system.
We feel sad for LA but the disregard, undermining and shade to Africa is just sad , Mr Walsh. I guess in times like this you really see how people truly feel about Africa, just third world internetless country.

As a female i hate DEI job appointments. Its degrading to females. I want to get the job because i have the skills to do the job and not because of my gender. We recently went to a police graduation ceremony for a friend of ours. There was a female who would have been lucky to be 5 foot and 50kg. I'm a woman, and in my opinion I think there should be (almost) no women in the fire department, military, and police force.
Admin roles only. HR, Finance. Anything desk job.

I am a 24 year fireman who works with 4 female firefighters. They are wonderful ladies but they can't do the job effectively. We also have several men who are dainty fellas who can't either. Long ago they started hiring anyone who could past rhe written test instead of people who past the testy and is capable of doing rhe job effectively

Imagine owning a house in the Palisades or Malibu, imagine the property taxes you'd pay. Now imagine paying that much for 3rd world city infrastructure to end up getting your multi million dollar home burned to the ground.
Imagine not being able to insure your rebuild IF you get a rebuild. They might have to abandon the area, OR manage the forest and have water available.
It’s insane I was framing in Malibu this year, there’s still parts of the hills still burned. And many of the projects that were ongoing were insurance jobs after the last fire. The rich folks that live there cannot afford to keep that up. One house i was working on was close to 20 mil plus. No one can keep that up without insurance to back it up. You may be right Malibu may end up abandoned. Wyoming is sounding nice about now

It's so obvious to anyone paying attention that the fires around L.A. were intentionally set. First off, the fires are in remotely separate areas, yet all happened simultaneously. Extremely coincidental. Secondly, the aftermath looks suspiciously like the Maui fires, which were also not "natural wildfires". The burn path and type/color of the rubble do not seem like a natural fire at all. It seems most likely that these fires are/were intentionally set, and involved some sort of weapon system.

As a female i hate DEI job appointments. Its degrading to females. I want to get the job because i have the skills to do the job and not because of my gender.
The reality is there are jobs we physically cant do. Being a fireman i believe is one of them. Even if you madly pumped weights in the gym you would struggle to lift a dead weight 100kg person.
We recently went to a police graduation ceremony for a friend of ours. There was a female who would have been lucky to be 5 foot and 50kg. My first thought when i saw her, how the hell are you going to cope trying to arrest a 6 foot plus, 100kg person.
