The grilled rat does look good ! I've had it while I was in Thailand many years ago and grilled monkey too ! It was very crispy and smoke from the fire made even better! I wish I really could have some dinner with my far away friend !!

Quite incredible how much medicine we have in our food. In Costa Rica we boiled the papaya leaves to make a tea which we drank for dengue fever.
Just found out that papaya's flowers are edible and medicinal. I will try them. Thanks for the knowledge.
