The fungus looks like 'Angels wing' Pleurocybella porrigens. If it is, it is edible. The fishy fragrance usually indicates an oyster mushroom. Are you sure they are not just really young oysters? For proper identification, you need a close up picture of the underside/gills as well as a close shot of the cap.

I feel hungry when I saw the big grilled fish. You ask what's the name of the fungus, here in the Philippines it's called kurakding, I usually make it dried from the sun before cooking it. Kurakding is an anti cancer, and it's very delicious if you cook it together with moringa leaves also have more benefits for health.( Moringa olifera) a very well known vegetables immune system booster.
