Il Volo Performs on Good Morning America

- Italian teen group Il Volo performed their hit single "O Sole Mio" off their self-titled debut album on Good Morning America Wednesday, June 22, 2011.
Il Volo will be stopping in LA next to perform live at The Americana at Brand in Glendale, California on Saturday, June 25 at 3:00 p.m.

one and only singing group. Not brothers or whatever -- best of all good friends. But also -- other singers need not be brought down to bring others up. To each his own -- listen/watch whatever you enjoy!

I always wonder why the boys are never interviewed on shows like Jay Leno, etc. after they sing. I love their interviews but they are usually in Spanish or Italian. These shows are missing out by not talking to them as they are charming, funny, and better and better each year, plus knockouts in looks and talent. In the beginning they had to put up with a lot of stupid interviewers and comments like demonstrated here re: the Jonas brothers. But Il Volo has such good manners they just ignore it.
I looked at their picture and was like, "Italian Jonas Brothers", but then I was smart and listened to them sing. Way better than the poppy Disney stars.

I'm glad I was not the only one offended by the comparison. I believe the news and host could have spend a little more time in researching and informing the public for a better opening for this young performers.

i dont think they have a problem being called the italian jonas brothers, i think even they once said that. im glad they are enjoying the u.s :)
Why do we make so many comparisons? il volo is il volo and they are unique from other performers. I believe that we can do better as far as derscribing and presenting the uniqueness of our young artist. They are nice and humble enough to say they feel honores to be compared by the "Jonas Brothers" but how will the Jonas Brothers feel about being compared to II VOLO?

@ejane4 they just have a LOT of practice. if you listen closely enough, there are a few very small differences in the way the song flows - vocally. Like they're not so rigid with the timing as they are in the recording.
