I acknowledge what it's done for society, the architecture, the art, the civility. But I also acknowledge the damage it has done too. I think we can all just rest on this kinda level without bringing it up on every comment feed 😅

This is my guilty pleasure of an Xmas song. Cliff in his peak. He is often the butt of many jokes etc..but I think secretly more people like his music than they care to mention...I'm one of them. No one lasts 60 years in the music business for nothing. Respect.
When I listen to that, can almost completely remember hearing this on the radio once, not having a clue who it was at all, thought that's really nice, was probably about 9-10 maybe (am now 37). Was in of course my parents home in the dining room when I heard this on my dads Hi Fi. Now have a place of my own now in the same place where I was born in North Yorkshire love it here spent all my life living here, wasn't until the Tour de France I actually started appreciating this place for how amazing it really is. Used to live in a place 9 miles thats approx double the population but had no reason to stay there for medical reasons and due to the care I came back, went during that time went to University and lived in Leeds during that. Yeah..... it's good :) Really glad I did move since Ripon where I was born is some 1,300 years old (some say 1,350 as it's probably that case) was founded in approximately the latter half of the 600's AD.

A song that encapsulates life, the looking forward to Christmas. This is a really community song, all ages, immigrants coming home. Such positivity and inspiration. This was filmed at Durdle Door near Lulworth Cove It was filmed in August the temperature was 29 degrees that day (very hot) my friends were in the crowd on the hill (I was at school that day!) my Nan lived 1/2 mile down the road- memories

Now have a place of my own now in the same place where I was born in North Yorkshire love it here spent all my life living here, wasn't until the Tour de France I actually started appreciating this place for how amazing it really is. Used to live in a place 9 miles thats approx double the population but had no reason to stay there for medical reasons and due to the care I came back, went during that time went to University and lived in Leeds during that.
