Sorry for Tyler’s poor audio quality.
You can buy the files here - lean-brothers....
Love your channel. Any chance you can do a video looking at your shipping & receiving set-ups? (i.e. how you take in material, and then ship out finished goods?)
That megaboard is cool. I want to put this in my workshop. Do you have a file i could buy?
It's now available - bulklaser.com/collections/lean-brothers
Do you ever get scratches in the material with the autoloader?
Any chance you can explain the pegs that go fit into the megaboard? Is it just a simple rectangle, or is there something special that prevents a tool holder from falling out of the board?
They are rectagles. You can see pictures of the hooks we 3d print here - bulklaser.com/collections/lean-brothers
Did you make your vertical cnc Shemp?
What stands do you guys use? I remember you guys once said you use stands so you can move the boards around ?
Been implementing this in my shop aswell! Thanks guys
Love your shop setup. Moving in this direction... slowly. Are you offering your mega board files for sale? I have made a similar slot wall in the past, but the holes were smaller. Thanks.
You can now get them here - bulklaser.com/collections/lean-brothers
Hey, i love watching your videos. Can i ask what brackets you use to attach things onto the mega boards?
We model them and 3d print or cut out of wood. We are considering selling the files.
how much space do you need behind the board for accessories?
On most walls we have a 1 inch spacer. We have the files now available - bulklaser.com/collections/lean-brothers

what thickness of mdf are you using for a spoil board?
Typically it starts out as 19mm and gets cut down by .3mm each time it’s ran to a minimum of 10mm
@@shawnprescott1690 if you're running the same program over and over there's no reason to mill off the spoil board each time it's ran.
