Thanks for an excellent and balanced review of this interesting piece. The timegrapher results are very impressive, and speak well of the attention paid to producing a highly accurate watch. I hope you have plenty more sunny days this Summer in which to enjoy your Zeigerdatum.
Thanks another thoughtful review, Arthur! I've had my eye on this watch for some time now and you may have me over the edge. Again! :-) You may be interested to know that when I tried this watch on not too long ago, I had a similar impression of the strap. In addition to be large jumps in hole positioning, it does not accommodate smaller wrists. The dealer I spoke with indicated that there is a bracelet option that could be special ordered but I don't have further details on that so can't confirm that's true. Please keep the Glashutte reviews coming!
Spot on Arthur the movement looks as though it belongs in a lady’s piece , first I’ve heard of woodpecker regulator. I love German watches as like the car industry they are global leaders in the field of engineering. Thanks for sharing.👍🏻
I’ve owned this watch for about 4 years and such a well crafted piece for the price . It’s never had very much wrist time due to a few major issues that I struggle with . The totally flat caseback combined with proportions of the watch means unless you wear it tight it slides uncontrollably all over the wrist . Also the the bracelet has no fine adjustment somewhat strange for such a large watch and I just never managed to achieve a proper comfortable fit . If they ever go 40 mm and address the issues with the totally flat caseback I will be definitely be in . The 36.7 mm variant is gorgeous it’s just a little too small on wrist .
I agree about the sliding. I do have to cinch down to get it to stay in place. Still, a very attractive piece. I too would like a slightly (but not too much) smaller size. Thx for watching.
Your post on Facebook caused me to watch this video a second time. I am struck by the quality of the design elements, color accents and dial furniture. The woodpecker balance cock is a big plus. This is distinctive but relatively affordable quality horology.
Hey Howard - you actually watched one of my videos twice! haha. But seriously, I agree this is rather high quality for affordable price. I also like the 5 generations of family run business.
The colors of the watch are so unique and the dial is just so lovely to look at. This watch simply is like looking at a lovely blue eyed blonde!
i agree. When I wear it, i don't want to take it off.

thx Jon. This one's a keeper I think.

Thx Kurt. I am a big fan of Glashutte Brands. Muhle doesn't get much attention but it should.

Thx Paul. Yeah German precision mechanics and great design. Surprisingly good value in this piece.

Really enjoyed the review - good job.
Thank you I like your handle 😺
Hi, are you still enjoying the watch?
I just ordered a white one.
definitely still enjoying it.
I wonder if all their watches are this accurate? I could be happy with just these watches as my collection.
When I visited their factory, they said all their watches are adjusted individually before shipping them out.
