IKEA Bekant table - How to Disassemble

I wanted to move this IKEA Benakt table to another room. I could not figure out who to remove the frame and legs. I could not find more info on youtube so here is how I did it.

Oh my gosh thank you sir! You deserve all the views! I hate this desk! It’s so huge and impossible to manoeuvre. I could don’t unscrew it and then I figured screw it let’s just move it to the garage but it wouldn’t fit through the door!

Your missing the Z brackets & without them the table is not safe. The push in plastic plugs are just a guide so the table top and metal frame are correctly centered. Skip to 6.40 of this video to show you what I mean ruclips.net/video/kcWDKckf0oc/видео.html

Wow just stumbled onto this. Either I somehow missed this step entirely or it was never part of the building process but likely the former. I'll have to head down to Ikea to grab the screws and brackets thanks!

Yeah especially since the screw teeth might've already damaged the hole which it goes in

If you only have a phillips screwdriver or one of these are being a PITA use a narrow 1 inch to 1.5 inch screw and screw it into the middle then pull it out with your fingers or pliers. But, you really should get a flat head.
