e.g. maine sunstone ke through ADYPU Pune me admission liya tha aur maine last date of admission se bahut pahle hi sunstone ko admission cancel karne ke liye bol diya tha aur fee refund ke liye v apply kiya tha. Ma'am this rule is for everyone, i have admission through CET-CELL in Maharashtra and there in official site there is mentioned that your money will not refund after cutoff date. So this is applicable for post graduate students or not.

Ma'am I took admission in Jaipur National University in August and for some reason I've cancelled my admission and has given a written application to university to refund my fee and they said that after 3 months my fees will we refunded. But till date I haven't received my fee.
I want to know will I get my fee refunded if I complain on ugc website now.

No, UGC Complaint is not valid now. It's date is over. The only thing you can do is to contact your college and request for refund.

I did complain in e samarthan portal dated on 01/02/2024 but still got no refund till now. Even after having too many calling with UGC still got only verbal support of complete refund but no money.

So your college is not under UGC. Nothing can be done in this case. Search for your University to which your college is affiliated
My sister took admission in pg in a college affiliated to state university of west bengal, so now the college is not giving cancellation certificate and saying that the fee will not be refunded, so what can be done now? I am trying to register student by going to ugc portal but can't type anything there please help me
Date is over for the cancellation. The last date was 30th September. Nothing can be done now if college is not helping.

Ma'am actually mene sam global University bhopal me bachelor of human nutrition course k liye admission liya tha reference ke through 14th october 2022 ko...jisme mene starting me 5000 pay kiya then 15000 baad me diya and ma'am us time us bnde ne mujhe ye bol kr 15000 pay krne ko bola kyunki usne apni pocket se meri fees pay ki or us time usne mujhe jhooth bola ki mene kisi or bachche ki fees tumhare isme pay kr di hai and ma'am mujhe receipt unhone de diya tha but ma'am meri itni glti ho gai ki mene unse written me nahi liya fees ka ki per yr 35k fees dena hai with out bus fees kyunki mene unko pehle hi clear kr diya tha ki me sirf fees hi pay karungi and ma'am iske baad bhi mujhe financially fees pay krne me prblm aa rahi thi to me pese refund lena chahti thi or mera admission cancel krvana chahti thi but un logo ne mujhe 3no baar bola ki aap ko agr clg aane me prblm hai or agr aap job krte ho to mahine me 1 baar aa jana or ma'am aapko support kr dengi study me but ma'am mujhe is course ki books bhopal me mil bhi nahi rahi hai mene fir bhi ye socha ki me har mahine library se book issue krva kr study kr lungi ya main main topics pdh kr 1st yr ka exam nikal lungi then aage poora cover kr lungi but ma'am un ma'am ka na to koi call ata ki aapnr kaha tak notes bna liye hai or kaha tak aap study kr chuke ho ya aap ye ye main topics read kr lo but ma'am un faculty ne mera enrollement form me meri admission date 7th sep daal ke rkh di or mujhse bolti hai ki koi prblm nahi hogi aapko and then mujhe vahi teacher mujhse fees ka poora clear krne ka bol rahi thi or is baar unhone 15000 ki jagah 28000 due bta diya included bus fees jo ki 13000 per yr ki thi but mene jab us bnde se bola ki mene to tumse pehle hi clear kiya tha ki me bus fees nahi dungi kyunki me aa hi nahi rahi hu bus se jab bhi ana hona hai mujhe to me apne vehicle se aati hu to ma'am us bnde ne mujhse bola ki vo sbhi se le rahe hai pr me tunhara adjust krva dunga and meri baki 15k bachi hui thi jise mene pay krne k liye October ka bola tha but ma'am us bnde ne apni mrji se bhr diya uske pocket se or mujhe Bolta hai ki 10k tum mujhe de dena baki tumhe 5k hi clg me dena hai ab ma'am mujhe us insaan or bilkul bharosa nahi hai kyunki mujhe vaha se vibes hi fraud vali aati hai kahte hena ki insaan ki shkl se bhi pta chl jata hai ki vo sach me genuine hai ya fake hai and ma'am mujhe apni fees vapas chahiye ma'am.....
