Great video! I did muay Thai and looking ahead in taekwondo, but I had a question, I weared the female's groin protector in muay Thai but would you recommend wearing it in tkd? Unintentional kicks goes there and sometimes it hurts like heck you know :(
Don't you wear a groin guard? 🤔 I guess its way more important then breast protection as i have heard Getting hit there still hurts pretty bad for women?
It is a very very old bag, I got it as a gift from the local martial arts store because I bought a bunch of stuff at the same time (boxing gloves, feet protector, dobok, belt), so the owner of the store told me that I cannot leave without a bag and gave it to me as a bonus :)
For me it is for comfort. Wearing shorts under the pants is good and makes the kicks more comfortable and keeps the sweating more in control (sweating in the shorts not in the pants). But it depends on what you like personally!

In bag I have sparring gear my metal sword my wooden sword and soft sword nunchucks 1 rubber training knife 3 real knives helmet and my belt
That is cool! You must have a really big bad and it has to be wide and long enough to keep all those swords in it.
