Boeing 737-700 Steep & fast takeoff - Virgin Australia

Virgin Australia Boeing 737-700 performing a fast and steep take off from Mildura Airport in rural Victoria, Australia.
A rarity in Australia as most rural airport receive turbo prop aircraft, with jets reserved for the larger ports. This particular 737-700 was showing its age, with many small micro cracks in the window which you can see in the video (not a safety issue, just spoils the view) and the aircraft itself was in need of a clean.
This flight was a short hop over to Melbourne, last approx an hour. The crew get us on a fast take-off, with a steep climb out and away to Melbourne.

VA haven't flown a 737-700 to Mildura for a very long time!
However they do a couple of flights a week to Mildura in there 737-800's.

The Mildura runway extension & overlay project has been completed This means larger aircraft will be able to fly into Mildura I hope Qantas will fly 717's or 737's into Mildura because that's who I fly with.

It's either VH-VBZ or VH-VBY, They are the only two in the fleet.
