    Made this today, came out beautifully! I’d seen a few other recipes that were too convoluted or had too many steps. This was so straightforward and simple and came out exactly as I wanted it. Can’t wait to use this! Thanks!

    Thats cool.Going to try this when i do a fish dish as parsley sauce sometimes over powers the flavour of the fish. Thanks for this.

    Second: Could one use this same technique with garlic or chilis?
    A garlic oil would be just wonderful.

      It should stay fresh and vibrant green for at least a week, but will fade after a few weeks
