I had a gaze at the Heavens and constellations this week after dancing with Funguy 🍄 and I learned so much that night as I always do…the sky was intoxicating. I could feel one with all of creation and I absorbed the sacred geometry 📐 all around. I 🧘♀️ meditate and wow 😢the energy flowing through my own body helped remind me how powerful all each of us are. I spend my day nursing people to health or helping them die with peace. So this is often my release. I got deep that night into geometric and celestial hallucinations but the truth is the only hallucination is life itself❤. Peace be with you All
Sometimes I love up to the stars, the clouded heavens. I say home. I want to float up. I look down to the soil I walk on sometimes I know I’m meant to be here. Earth gives humanity so much. I’m really grateful for this planet and to have another human experience. 💚✨
This is the frequency I have been having hit my body. Naturally. It would keep me up at night and never go away. I never knew what it was until now. Intentionally listening to it has changed my life. It is weird but I could hear and feel this hitting my body. Sound is nothing more than waves so ride it! It is mind clearing/cleaning.
I heard it once many years ago.. The first time I visited Vermont.. not far from Killington slopes . We stopped for provisions at a general store On a mountain top. It was so quiet SO still up there!! It was the last chance to buy goods to take to the ski lodge.. I stayed outside alone and began to hear this deep humming vibrating clear sound. It was strange and amazing . But had no clue what I was experiencing . I just recall the beauty and strangeness of that mountain. This happened in the mid 1970s. I always speak about this .. and called it the "sound of silence" ( like the song said 😊). Now I know of the Schumann Resonance and all the dots are connecting. Peace And Blessings 🌍🕊🕯🕊

Nice grounding effect. I need ambient music to sleep but I have a hard time keeping in my body at night. Unwarrented astral travel and obe's happens alot to me spontaneously especially when I sleep on my back and it's hard to get the good deep restorative rest I need. This is nice. Thanks. Not sure if you have tried this but it helps for me. Making a conscious intention each night before you sleep to stay in your body. Lay and do a body scan up and down, feel any sensations in your body and ground yourself in them. Then say and feel it: “I do not consent to infringement of my mind, body, soul or consciousness in my dreamscape. I will not travel during sleep, I command my astral body to stay with my physical body.” Words have a powerful effect. You can repeat that as many times as you like or add whatever you want to say to it. FEEL that you have authority over where you travel. And last thing- when you wake up, fully return to your body in the morning. Again, by doing a body scan, slight movement, feel you are grounded in yourself.
I listen to another sound to block out noise for work. This sound came through and I felt immediately sleepy but good and the middle of my head kind of in the back is tingling. As if I had a head scratcher. Why? I don't know but I am loving it. Thank you 😊

I try to make this practice more often. Humans have been destroying this world and we have done alot of damage.
