my doctor is a surgeon, he spent literally 3 minutes with me, ( he gets paid to cut , saw and burn, not asses my job demands) what does he know about someone who has a total left hip replacement, and multiple reconstructive right knee surgeries having to stand kneel, etc and bend 8 hours ("sustained") day on the cement floors at Home Depot ? He would know zero about the pain, and inability involved. Now if i destroyed his right hip via PVS disease, and replaced it, removed most of His right knee meniscus, and reconstructed his right ACL twice, and said go walk, stand, squat, climb, kneel and bend at home depot 8 hours a day 5 days a week. If he actually had that experience, i would completely respect his medical opinion as it pertained to health and job function. 🤣😂
Gentlemen, what about keeping a chronic sciatic nerve pain diagnose, that has failed all treatments, going on a Metlife claim, after a 3rd lumbar (9th back surgery) fusion, and new left hip replacement...as a result of the degenerative disc disease I have? I know that was long. Good stuff and thank you!
Marlena, depending on your insurance company, your only option at this point may be to file a lawsuit. Please contact our office to discuss your claim in greater detail to determine how we may be able to assist you.
My wife just had her disability claim terminated. About 10 days ago. We do not have a lot of money and are in our early 60s. What should be our next move? Also if it's using you guys how expensive is that?
You should contact us to discuss her options. If her disability policy was provided through her employer and her claim is governed by ERISA, she would be required to appeal the denial with the disability insurer. She should not attempt to appeal the denial until she speaks with an attorney.
GREAT INFORMATION, I ALMOST MADE THE MISTAKE AND REPLIED TO MY APPEAL MYSELF. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A DISATER.

I need an appeal, i vow to never sit in front of the same ALJ again, she was abysmal.. to put it politely.
Hello, I filed an appeal and it was denied, what can I do to continue to work towards continuing the process of getting approved for disability?
