Many say Euskera is one of the HARDEST languages to learn in the world, and in fact, it is one of the oldest spoken ones. And it's true-when you see it written out, it can look a little daunting. Luckily, we met up with Jesús, one of the bartenders at Bar Txepetxa in San Sebastian, who showed us exactly how it's done! Jesús walks us through some of the keywords to know before traveling to the Basque Country and shows us how to pronounce words in Euskera like total pros!
Words to know before you go:
    Hello - Kaixo
    Goodbye - Agur
    Thank you - Eskerrik asko
    Bon appetit! - On egin!

Agur is mostly use to say 'bye' but it works like a greeting, it can be used as a hello or a good bye. A good way to say it is GERO ARTE, that means 'until after', 'see you later'. Sometimes you'll hear AIO! as well. If you want to emphasize the farewell is very common to hear AGUR BAI.
Trivia: agur becomes from Latin augurium. Euskara lived with common Latin and gives form to old Castilian that became Spanish.
