@@Tranzit47Gaming they're both almost worth a billion each and make 4 million a month. I think they'll be aight money wise. This is more than money to them, this is their childhood dream world.
@@Love_N_Let_Live Yeah but it is also to do with money, Looking at their Networth it’s that much but Networth doesn’t mean how much they have in their personal accounts plus they have production costs and a lot more they have to pay for, It’s the reason they didn’t also buy the Coney Island Hot Dog, because they don’t have the actual money to buy it and renovate it as they said in an interview but like you said they wouldn’t give up on this place because it is their childhood memory
I hope there are some more modern video games in the arcade, or at least working ones. And I hope they kept the giant pinatas for kids groups, those were so fun.
@ricktheredbrick people balk at how much they spent on the place but it was already run down decades ago. There was antique stuff in there. Hopefully it's gone.
We just couldn't wait any longer! We must have the official opening date some time between today and the 31st! And as long as some of the old menu items are still available, I'll be there the next time I visit!
They spent millions on the kitchen alone. It used to only have steamers, and now it has grill tops and everything you could ever dream of having in a kitchen.
I remember the old kitchen always smelled like putrid vegetable oil, apparently the kitchen was really unsafe both in design and upkeep. The food was worse than school lunch but honey and fried dough are pretty hard to fuck up so not everything on the menu was terrible.
I hope trey and matt are using the brilliant you can't come technique, so that business will be booming and thriving! Cause remember... There's so much to do at casa bonita but you can't come! Especially you, stan and kyle!
The restaurant is real, but didn't get acquired by Parker and Stone until 2021 (after its previous owners went bankrupt during COVID). While they had planned on renovating the restaurant before reopening it, they vastly underestimated how run down the restaurant previously was, and led to massive delays in reopening due to needing to fix _much_ more than they expected.
Well first off, it's awesome. A huge place that sends you to some Mexican paradise. It's got a very fun set up, has live performances, etc. Also, it was both the south park creator's favorite place to go as a child because they lived not too far away. An episode of South Park takes place at the restaurant.
I had my 36th birthday at CB 8 adults $200 worth of CB food and margaritas, I still have the little baby pinata they would give you for your birthday. that was 25 years ago. I'll have to go back for my 65th, make it a special day. 🌮🌯🫔🌮🌯🫔🌮🌯🫔🍹🫀🫀🫀
I can only pray that Trey and Matt would keep it open for a long time, I really want to go there someday and see it all
Well maybe if those two are in charge. I am cautiously optimistic but still optmistic so that's something.
@@BeyondDaXWell they put $15 Million into the place doing renovations so i very highly doubt they will close it anytime soon😂

South Park Pinball seems pretty spot on

Thank you Trey and Matt for reopened the restaurant and god bless you 🙏
“CASA BONITA YOU GUYS!”
I’m a fan. Went to one when I was a kid. Left a huge impression on me. Great memories. 👍🏼 🇲🇽
As long as they didn’t screw up the sopapilas everything will be good.
Did you see the flat sopapillas in the video😢
@@caramccormack5566 those were the gringopapillas
Thank you Mr. Parker and Mr. Stone. Now get on with it!
If a kid runs up the cliff and jumps into the water, I’m assuming they’re calling the cops and the kid spends 2 weeks in juvi.
totally worth it
I hope they kept and improved the bottomless pit, that never got old as a kid.
This is so going to be a tourist attraction for Denver now haha. 😂
No one else in their right mind would have put the money needed into this. Thank you Matt and Trey

Buying casa bonita sound like it could be a south park episode 😂
I didn’t realize this was a real place! Lol my life is complete
Booking myself a trip to deblnver when casa bonita opens
if they open it by july 14 they could get a lot of tourists there cause of the eras tour
I remember eating there back in 2018, watching a funny and interesting show with cliff divers! 😅
Sick Casa Bonita t-shirts on Etsy!! 👋
Im glad I live right near it 😍
you’re lucky did u ever go 😂😭
It would be awesome to go there
Hopefully they improve the food from TV dinner food, like it was before.
Partnered with an award-winning local chef to overhaul the menu.

Let's hope the food is better. Worst slop I've ever been served, even beating out the cafeteria at the dog track.
When did you go? Someone told me they went in the early 2000s and it stank inside.
Casa Bonita 😄 my favorite spot 😆😂 Cartman voice 🎉
Do they have a simulation or experience of a minute long speed run?
Can't wait for Eric cartman to jump in the pool!
Hell yeah went here like what 30-35+ years ago when it was new
It's honestly news to me that the food was considered bad. I always liked it.
i look forward to anything matt and trey do/ love blake stackhouse

what are the PRICESS/?????????????????
Your saying Trey Parker and Matthew Stone owned the real life casa Bonita this whole time instead of it being fictional in South Park
They bought it up cheap a couple years ago lol
@@lynnsparks6670 40 million dollars later lol.

So what happened to May opening?
Imagine seeing a 4th grade maniac running around
Please fix those sopapillas!!!! Those were flat and not big and poofy like the original Casa Bonita ones!!!!
30 an hour 😮😮😮
looks like disneyland
AWESOME,I HEARD IT WAS TO BE REFRESHED.
So it’s not really a take a look inside
I Hope this is awesome
I hope they got a contract with Taco Bell because the previous food quality was not even to a rat’s standards.
It won't be the same as people remember
Too bad the other people trying to buy it didn't get to.
They should charge a fee for people to cliff dive.
0:26 Dive, A hole!
And?
Such a weird place❤️
Casa bonira

Because it's almost like a "theme park" but instead of rides it's a restaurant. Think Rainforest Cafe but much much bigger.
@@Love_N_Let_Live thank you
@@just-joshing thank you
Covid ruined it and the original owners filed for bankruptcy, the South Park creators straight up bought it
cant wait to be there
