I love Nebuta! I've been to the 2006 and 2007 Nebuta. I see some of them are under wraps. I was lucky in 2006 but 2007 it rained on the last day so some of the unwrapped ones looked pretty rough.
Last year , when I was in Neputa festival of Hirosaki , it rained so hard . Therefor , I was not able to take many photographs. But , when I was in Nebuta festival of Aomori, it did not rain. It was very lucky for me .
