Its barely noticeable, they are such good performers🥰💜 It kinda falls off at 15:35 and he starts to try to fix it but can’t, so he holds it in his hand for a good part of the performance lol, he fixed it right before the dance break✌🏼
Jin said recently that he got scolded by the members for revealing that they considered disbanding in early 2018🥺 Jin said it just came to him at that moment. The boys recently talked abt how much the pressure felt after their sudden blowup in 2017, Yoongi said after their first AMA stage he cried becs of the stress and burden feeling this wasnt what he wanted that this was sooo much pressure. There were too many eyes on them, hateful wanting them to fail saying they would just fade away like most “trends would” in the start of 2018, it was such a landmark year for BTS and ARMY so many big milestones and awards but also attacks and hate on BTS. Im so glad they talked with each other and pulled out of that and evn signed more years together🥺

ARMYs understood what BTS meant after this speech and it confirmed a year after TEAR came out, Yoongi wrote Outro:Tear for BTS. Thats why BTS cried sooo fcking hard because they almost disbanded, all 2018 achievements wouldn't exist. They were on the cusp of something much much bigger.. and they were afraid. In the end they all managed to pull themselves together.. If you have time you can watch their BTS Festa 2018 dinner talk..the whole dinner talk was illuminating. Also 2018 is when they recontracted with BH for another 7 years. They re-signed with BH a year before their 1st contract end.
That GCF is for MMA not MAMA afaik. And don't worry, we all cried (I still tear up) with that speech. Ps. Happy with the dance practice as the actual performance is very dark.
this brought back memories. i remembered how shaken i was reading the live translation on twitter and I cross checked multiple translations to make sure that jin really did say what he said. to think that that might've been the last of them, gosh, I don't many of us could've survived the pandemic if they didn't had a change of heart and mindset to renew contract for 7 more years. truly, thank you bts for being strong not only for yourself but for millions of us.
In the performance when they appear to be waiting and then put their arms up, there is a a reflection on the floor of them in robes and they disappear one by one as they form a line. It is not in this one but is in the official filming.
This practice is so amazing and no matter how many times the lads perform fake love there is always a slight difference in the performance. Also that speech made me ugly cry so much as ive been a army since 2014 and if the lads did disband in 2018 i dont no what id do without them i cry whenever i think about this and just rewatching the speech makes me cry as i cant help but cry when the boys cry and Tae and Hobi really made me cry (also i heard after jin mentioned about this the other members scolded him so much)
I remember watching this live and every single person on my timeline went from a simple “ I’m not ok” STRAIGHT INTO “I am now feral” when we realized Yoongi had a fecking corset on. It was one of the best and funniest things Ive ever seen.
Thinking about their speech back in 2018 makes always emotional. I'm so happy they found the strength and the motivation to keep going. This world without BTS wouldn't be the same.
The commitment the members required the drop their bodies completely to the floor like marionettes is stunning. They must have been absolutely exhausted after this performance.
