I enjoy all your videos and am so pleased that you were 'suggested to me'! I love your salads, they are always so colourful. I am with Noah about spicy things though, two chillis and I would run a mile.Not that i ever have been able to do that! I had Greggs sweet potato salad the other day which was literally some spicy rice with some battered balls of sweet potatoes, it was utterly vile! Even your smoked salmon was spicy!My favourite way for eating it is on a bagel and smothered with (full fat) Philadelphia. I lived in London for 20years and there was a Jewish bakery which churned these out 24 hours a day.I am sure that you would like it.All of your meals look lovely as they always do.i love it that you never compromise on quality. You are doing very well to get Noah to have an adventurous palate. Your husband works very long hours doesn't he? That was amusing when a voice said that you have someone at your front door!

Thank you so much for your lovely words 🥰. Oh that sweet potato salad sounds pretty grim, do t think I will be buying that. The smoked salmon wasn’t too spicy, it just had a slight kick. Oh I do love a bagel smothered in Philadelphia and salmon. I sometimes use the sweet chilli Philadelphia instead of the normal one. Is that in Brick Lane, the bakery? I used to live just outside London over 20 years ago and heard that there was an amazing place there but I never went when I used to travel in to London. It was more Oxford Street for Top Shop and Leicester Square for food 😆. I do try and get Noah to eat other things and he does seem to enjoy them although he would happily eat chicken nuggets, fish fingers and pizza every day like most children 😆. We live outside Aberdeen where he mainly works (as do I) so it can take 35-45 minutes depending on the traffic to get home so the travelling time makes it seem like it’s longer hours that he works. xx

I don't know why i do it but, i tend to have a dry day followed by a wet day (not booze 😂)but one night a curry, next night fish and chips then meatballs, then chops ect, if you get my drift 😊

That makes sense really as at least you won’t be eating too many dry meals close together and get fed up of eating that kind of food. I am now thinking about how often I serve wet & dry food in a week as I have never actually thought about it before 😆 xx
