I never thought I would ever get the chance to see a full-blown speedrun video of Mickey's Speedway USA 100%. Now I can scratch that off of my bucket list, good luck to you possibly coming back to this category and improving on it some more one day. Because this game seems fantastic to me, and I am dying to give it a try.
Just watched the whole run and gotta say Im impressed with the way you did those races especially 50cc being amateur difficulty in this because Ludwig Von Drake go fast ;) GGs

Great run! But I have a question.
Is it not allowed to skip the cutscenes using D-pad up + L? I've never seen people do it, is it not a known strat?
What, Can I skip cutscenes in that way? I myself did not know that until now
It used to work on my cartridge when I was a kid and I tested on an emulator too, it seems to work as well.

"Options→Prizes and Records→Reset Game Pak" You can delete the save data
