I Traded a Coin to a $3,000 Pokémon Card

- I traded my plastic Pokémon coin all the way up to a vintage Pokémon 1st Edition Beckett 9 Lugia holo from Neo Genesis, currently valued at $3,000! This took place at Collect-a-Con in Ft. Worth Texas and Miami TCG Con in Miami Florida, and I plan on continuing on the trades at the next convention in September! Follow along our journey and see what we are able to trade for next.

what stopped me judging ppl who are different than me, is Pokémon. You meet the nicest and sometimes the wealthiest who are just energy nerds and lovers of Pokémon. I forever get to enjoy these groups and I can’t wait till one day my Charizard collection grows beyond 200 Charizards and I get to share the Experience with everyone.

I've been watching your channel on and off (depending on my interest level in Pokémon!!) since the Black and White era! I remember your good old Plasma Freeze openings... Now I'm quite invested in Pokémon TCG again, so YT recommended me this and I loved it! It was super entertaining to watch, and hello LeonHart!! Hahahaha. I remember opening WotC booster packs when I was a toddler, and ex packs when I was a kid, and D&P tins when I was a preteen!

those trainer cards did look good. i remember as a kid trainer cards were a let down to get. if i still collected i wouldn't mind getting them now if they look like that.
this reminded me of the pokemon trading card events on saturday at toys r us and books a million, but way more high scale. it looked like you were all trading art. people were showing up with suitcases like they were making big trades offs like a gangster movie or something. lol
i think i have that lugia card but it's in japanese. i remember really liking that card.

Im from holland and i really liked your videos, i think this is much easier too do in other countries outside the EU. Not much stores too trade with on this side.But the challenge is really great! Maybe i will try it one time ! Really enjoyed it

Lugia is definitely my favorite slabbed card that I own! Only a CGC 8.5, but it is 1st edition and I love it! I'd chalk this up as a win any day!
