I've been looking for a while now to buy a property in France, and this one ticks all the boxes apart from the main one, which is the price. Far to expensive going by prices generally across the board in France. Yes it has lots of land but land is cheap no matter where you go. It's not as if you were going to get planning permission to build loads of other houses etc, it's just to look at. And that's very expensive land just to gaze at lol. I can afford it most definitely, but would I pay 6.3 million for it, most definitely not. I think it will be for sale for a very long time.
I believe that the original house is worth keeping. Otherwise, what a lot of mess. Thrown together without any idea, neither taste, charm or quality. Where is the soul? You can simply tear down most of the interior and the new buildings and start over altogether, without worrying.
The owners have put a lot of effort into renovating and decorating this property but we agree that it cannot suit everyone's taste 😉 We do have many properties that can suit all tastes and budgets in our portfolio, we're sure you can find the one for you there! 😊👉 www.frenchestateagents.com/
I totally disagree with this rude comment. The Main House is gorgeous. I love it. It’s been redone in a light, airy, spacious style. I love the whole property, it has everything if you’re not looking for an antique castle.
