I like to look at the ants at the back of the house. I sometimes bring the Jenga bricks out for them to climb on. They aren’t interested in the structures I make for them. There is a crack in between two tiles that they go through. I call that gap the “Ant Bridge”
That's probably their nest entrance. If they are still there after all these months, try feeding them fruit or insects. Watching ants eat is probably the most interesting thing ever.
Fun fact: one day at my grandmothers house i decided to make a "sand castle" just.. made out of mud. I left, and a few weeks later when i came back to check on it i realised that ants made little holes in the bottom and were living inside. There were holes everywhere, i saw ants entering and leaving. The "mud castle" stayed there at any condition there could ever be, it would survive all the elements. It went through a gaint rain storm, it was almost crushed, yet the ants still lived inside the castle. [What i mean by crushed is that my grandmas crusty big ahh foot almost stepped on it] it is still alive and thriving to this day
