Genius. I use railings for custom modeling all of the time. They can host to topography so they are great for site modeling. I once made a railing with tires as the ballusters which i used for the edging of a go-kart track. I love creative problem solving like this!
İ really dont get how to decide which side is which when i have to make a New family. 🤦🏼♀️ You said we are looking at baluster from the left but we need to look at it from the front. How did you know or decide that? :(
There is absolutly no difference between Storefront and Curtain Wall in the context of your question. These are the types of "Curtain Wall" family that can be found in default templates and they can only differ by type parameters found in "edit type" window Curtain walls are very powerful you should master them
hey there, I'm not sure if this is proper educate but I'm an architect at a not for profit firm here in Lawrence, KS and were working on a sustainable housing project for the homeless shelter here. we are looking for donation and have a link through the University of Kansas. I dident want to just go posting links in your comments so if this is something your interested sharing would that be ok, or ok for me to send the link to you?

It won't work if the diameter of Spiral Stair are 1.20 meters the railing go crazy. I have to do it manually.
Very cool...
Nice trick with the supports, but you talked about landings without showing us how to add one :(

I hate stairs in revit. I can never make it happen. I make someone else to make one. No stress :)
