This heel turn was great in theory, but a little off in the execution of it. I saw it developing as soon as Eric and Jeff had the crutches as Kurt was on his feet too long just standing there as if waiting for something to happen. If you watch wrestling enough you could tell Jeff was turning at that point. If he turns and nails Kurt 5 seconds earlier, it would have caught even more fans off guard. Still a nice decision to turn Jeff that night.
Hardy made such a good heel. I actually preferred his heel promos than his babyface ones. It's just a shame he was in such a dark place we never got to see it's full potential

TNA Immortal was not the NWO Jeff Hardy did not fit that role. TNA needed ti be original and not have Hogan and Bischoff try recreate WCW heel stable. Remember it only lasted a year and it was the reason fans got bored of the company
