If I was with people who wanted to go, sure. I am not a seafood person so a lot of it would be wasted on me. But it looked like there was enough i would like that id leave full.

The one and only time we ate at the Wynn buffet was when it first opened. Back then it cost $50 and was the most expensive buffet in Vegas. They had KING CRAB LEGS!
Ah yes, long gone are the days of king crab legs at any of the buffets standard in Vegas. You have to wait for special occasions for certain restaurants/buffets to bring out the king crab legs nowadays. Thanks for watching!

Yes, I believe I paid closer to $40. The Seafood Spectacular is $5 less than the daily Bacchanal dinner, and so it's not too egregious of a price point. And when it comes down to it, you can make any buffet worth it if you scarf down the money items. Thanks for watching!

Just watched both this video and your Brunch buffet review as visiting next month and couldn't decide on to book - pay more for Seaford Dinner or go earlier for the Brunch and for me I'm not a seafood person, so was thinking maybe added extra meat to this one, but not really a difference, so saved me some $ and booking the Brunch 🙂
I'd probably recommend Caesar's as they have the most variety for any group with dietary restrictions. They have the largest vegan/vegetarian selection, the biggest carvery, and lots of non-seafood options! Thanks for watching!
Just coming from your Bellagio Brunch and Dinner Buffet videos in the last year and it's like night and day, jeez. How does Bellagio charge that much for such low quality and honestly less interesting and common options that you can get at other hotel buffets? This price point for what you showed is amazing! I dont even need to taste it, there are some really enticing, appetizing and creative options here I am a bit jealous I wasn't there this summer to try this. Hopefully they bring this back next year, I will def be there.

I love the Wynn buffet. I want to come to the seafood spectacular buffet. Last time I was at the Wynn buffet back in early June, I filled up 3 plates of crab legs and lobster claws. Wynn buffet is always so good.
It's charcoal cheese! Basically just some activated charcoal infused into some cheese that gives it that color. First time I saw charcoal cheese was years ago in a buffet and it weirded me out also lol. Thanks for watching!
Dammit Shin! It's Sunday and I was just going to order a pizza and watch some RUclips, and you do this to me?? The buffet looks amazing. I'd leave overstuffed for sure, it has everything I like and things I haven't seen but would have to try! Banana BBQ chicken????? Super foreign to me? Why didn't you try that for me? I want it! Hawaiian porks, everything on the carving station, and CRAB! Lots of crab and shrimp! Sucks about the lobster claws, tho I'm more about the tails anyway so I probably would have skipped the claws. Um, the caviar section.... Was that male caviar on the far bottom left🤣🤣? Why is it that people say "Cod fish" instead of just Cod, what else would people confuse it with, the Cape? I don't hear Salmon fish, or Chilean Seabass fish, or Swordfish fish. I've always wondered. I don't normally do desserts but damn some of those looked good! To answer your question, yes I would, but won't be in Vegas till the fall :( Another great vid my man!
I somehow missed that this was $75!! Are you kidding me? I'd run up to my room, grab a pillow and stay a while. I saw Wynn and assumed it was like $125-$150. I didn't realize that you didn't have the floppy bacon collar shirt on! This is a great value in Vegas, I'd do that every day. Bet it's hard to get in tho. I hate waiting in line more than 20 minutes lol.

How in the world do you even get a reservation for the Wynn buffet? I’ve been trying for weeks to get a reservation for my husband‘s birthday and each time it says there’s no availability.
Nah, i'll spend the extra 25 and go to the M resort's sunday brunch. Better seafood offerings with lobster tails and tiger prawns and beef wellington. The Wynn buffet isn't bad by any stretch but they throw a ton of food at you and tbh the only thing i would ever really go to a buffet for is seafood and desserts - i don't spend that kind of money to eat from the carvery station or omlets or salads. 95% of lobster claws the upper 2/3rds of the claw is completely overcooked and a spongy mess anyways - not a big draw for me. Great job with the review tho, you're always on point!
I really enjoyed your review. You’re able to describe what you are tasting to perfection. What I don’t understand is why you feel you need to review everything on the buffet and then you choose your food and comment on it. It seems redundant to me.

One that is curious on what dishes are available in general, because they will be visiting and plan out their plates in advance. I've had a viewer who mentioned as a person on the keto diet, the tour section of my video was helpful in planning out what their meal would be so they didn't have anxiety about it. My personal review of the dishes I include because I have a lot of fun making that portion of the video and I do this as a hobby, and maybe I help someone try a dish they weren't going to. After about a decade of having Bacchanal Buffet as my #1 and Wynn Buffet as #2, last summer I finally switched Wynn to #1. Wynn then came along with this underwhelming seafood dinner, which slides it back down to #2 for me. I am hoping that things return back to normal in the Fall. And perhaps more importantly for me, as a person who wakes up late but loves breakfast, I am hoping they restore the brunch hours back to 3PM like it used to be.
That's actually a huge fair point. The dinner service starting at 1pm needs to go. I don't wake up on Sundays till noon earliest and there's just no way I'd be ready to eat a buffet in the first hour of being awake to get my breakfast in. Thanks for watching!

I've done enough videos now in a variety of Vegas restaurants and buffets to say I think everything that is resort casual plays the same playlist. It's a mix of electronic dance and top 40 pop. Though here at the Wynn, they also played some big band stuff. I heard Sinatra in there. I also heard some Earth Wind and Fire. It's quite a range actually. I don't think there's a good singular way to describe the music choice at these places, especially anywhere resort casual like the buffets. Thanks for watching!

I am at Winn buffet right now. Not the best shrimp, not the best crab. The mushroom truffle pizza is very good. The Thai pepper beef is spicy and good. Some of the desserts are very tasty. I was underwhelmed for the price.
Shin: glad to hear the prime rib was good. I have to say, looking at the piece you got, I was also expecting the worst - it looked quite dry and too lean (hardly any fat in it) and I didn’t see any part of the rib cap (the best part after all). The short rib and pork rib in terms of appearance also looked dried out and unappetizing, although I was glad to hear that the looks were deceiving in those cases. The lobster claw sounded bad indeed; I wonder why they even bother putting it out on the line if the quality is not good
Yes, the prime rib was the surprise for me. The shot I took admittedly made the pork rib look drier than it was but it was good. The lobster was a huge disappointment. I was so excited when I first saw them available. Big letdown for sure. Thanks for watching!

If you're here on the weekend and looking for a good seafood buffet on the strip, the Wynn or Bacchanal are still your best bet. Off strip, you could check out Imperial Seafood and Sushi. On weekends they have lobster and snow crab legs. I hope you have a great trip!
Looks like the casino are finding new ways to reap visitors their money. They are already expensive on the regular price. Nothing much different from the regular dishes, besides they should be innovating with their offering. I suppose the only innovating is their prices and a title to go with the high price. Summer seafood buffet.. Haha .
Yup, I don't think it's news to anyone that casinos are trying to make as much money as possible off their patrons. If anyone thinks casinos have your best interest at heart, I have some cure all snake oil I'd love to sell you. Value is in the eyes of the beholder. You can tell even with the cross section of people in my comment's section. Some say this looks like a great value, and viewers like yourself who thinks it's awful. If the standard dinner price of $65 isn't a lot of money to you, I doubt $75 is a lot of money to you either. If $65 is something you can barely put together to try out the Wynn buffet, then yes, that extra $10 is critical. But I just report here. It's up to individual viewers if it's worth it to them. @@VegaswithShin it's not the price. It's the comparison to the same buffet that was offer on the daily basis and prior to the pandemic. I or anyone easily drop hundreds of dollars at their tables without even batting an eye. The cost of the buffet is insignificant but to many, buffets was seen as a service to come play at their casino since people are already expected to drop a load of money at their games. Your reviews are great and with no doubt. I am just salty with their tactics with hiking prices that only throws a few bones in return. Also on top of that, putting a fancy name behind it as a reason for the price hike is just pure comedy.
@@kito1san Ah, I see what you mean. Yes certainly understandable. Buffets used to be a value add, losing money up front and comped on the back end by gaming. I actually do have a theory about this and why Vegas is getting expensive in all regards despite all the news of record breaking revenue beyond just standard corporate greedflation etc. Times change, and younger millennials and gen-Z do not gamble. It's not like a slight waning either, it's a stark drop off. Whether growing up with tech or being online, gambling in casinos does not hold the same appeal to younger generations and I think Vegas sees the writing on the wall and are making the shifts now. Younger generations care more about experiences. They'd much rather put $200 on a meal than in a slot. Once baby boomers and gen-X are out of the picture, I think Vegas will be very different place and they're just getting ready for it now. But I guess only time will tell.

Just watched both this video and your Brunch buffet review as visiting next month and couldn't decide on to book - pay more for Seaford Dinner or go earlier for the Brunch and for me I'm not a seafood person, so was thinking maybe added extra meat to this one, but not really a difference, so saved me some $ and booking the Brunch 🙂

I'd probably recommend Caesar's as they have the most variety for any group with dietary restrictions. They have the largest vegan/vegetarian selection, the biggest carvery, and lots of non-seafood options! Thanks for watching!
Just coming from your Bellagio Brunch and Dinner Buffet videos in the last year and it's like night and day, jeez. How does Bellagio charge that much for such low quality and honestly less interesting and common options that you can get at other hotel buffets? This price point for what you showed is amazing! I dont even need to taste it, there are some really enticing, appetizing and creative options here I am a bit jealous I wasn't there this summer to try this. Hopefully they bring this back next year, I will def be there.

I love the Wynn buffet. I want to come to the seafood spectacular buffet. Last time I was at the Wynn buffet back in early June, I filled up 3 plates of crab legs and lobster claws. Wynn buffet is always so good.

It's charcoal cheese! Basically just some activated charcoal infused into some cheese that gives it that color. First time I saw charcoal cheese was years ago in a buffet and it weirded me out also lol. Thanks for watching!

You have to, the first time I went there I didn't make a reservation, after I waited an hour I gave up, as the line didn't even move
Highly recommend prepaying. The line can get to 2-3 hours long and that's a tough sell. I hope you enjoy your visit!

Dammit Shin! It's Sunday and I was just going to order a pizza and watch some RUclips, and you do this to me?? The buffet looks amazing. I'd leave overstuffed for sure, it has everything I like and things I haven't seen but would have to try! Banana BBQ chicken????? Super foreign to me? Why didn't you try that for me? I want it! Hawaiian porks, everything on the carving station, and CRAB! Lots of crab and shrimp! Sucks about the lobster claws, tho I'm more about the tails anyway so I probably would have skipped the claws. Um, the caviar section.... Was that male caviar on the far bottom left🤣🤣? Why is it that people say "Cod fish" instead of just Cod, what else would people confuse it with, the Cape? I don't hear Salmon fish, or Chilean Seabass fish, or Swordfish fish. I've always wondered. I don't normally do desserts but damn some of those looked good! To answer your question, yes I would, but won't be in Vegas till the fall :( Another great vid my man!
I somehow missed that this was $75!! Are you kidding me? I'd run up to my room, grab a pillow and stay a while. I saw Wynn and assumed it was like $125-$150. I didn't realize that you didn't have the floppy bacon collar shirt on! This is a great value in Vegas, I'd do that every day. Bet it's hard to get in tho. I hate waiting in line more than 20 minutes lol.

Good to see their split crab legs are back, they had that last summer, then disappear in December and January. Looks like they raise $10 and now almost match what bacchanal have, but still only Bellagio dinner has raw oysters

That lobster is a trick. It's low quality and people that know lobster can tell. Don't be fooled, pass it up and head for the real treasures.

How in the world do you even get a reservation for the Wynn buffet? I’ve been trying for weeks to get a reservation for my husband‘s birthday and each time it says there’s no availability.

Nah, i'll spend the extra 25 and go to the M resort's sunday brunch. Better seafood offerings with lobster tails and tiger prawns and beef wellington. The Wynn buffet isn't bad by any stretch but they throw a ton of food at you and tbh the only thing i would ever really go to a buffet for is seafood and desserts - i don't spend that kind of money to eat from the carvery station or omlets or salads. 95% of lobster claws the upper 2/3rds of the claw is completely overcooked and a spongy mess anyways - not a big draw for me. Great job with the review tho, you're always on point!

I really enjoyed your review. You’re able to describe what you are tasting to perfection. What I don’t understand is why you feel you need to review everything on the buffet and then you choose your food and comment on it. It seems redundant to me.
Thank you, happy you enjoyed the review. I include both the buffet tour and my personal thoughts to serve two audiences. One that is curious on what dishes are available in general, because they will be visiting and plan out their plates in advance. I've had a viewer who mentioned as a person on the keto diet, the tour section of my video was helpful in planning out what their meal would be so they didn't have anxiety about it. My personal review of the dishes I include because I have a lot of fun making that portion of the video and I do this as a hobby, and maybe I help someone try a dish they weren't going to. After about a decade of having Bacchanal Buffet as my #1 and Wynn Buffet as #2, last summer I finally switched Wynn to #1. Wynn then came along with this underwhelming seafood dinner, which slides it back down to #2 for me. I am hoping that things return back to normal in the Fall. And perhaps more importantly for me, as a person who wakes up late but loves breakfast, I am hoping they restore the brunch hours back to 3PM like it used to be.
That's actually a huge fair point. The dinner service starting at 1pm needs to go. I don't wake up on Sundays till noon earliest and there's just no way I'd be ready to eat a buffet in the first hour of being awake to get my breakfast in. Thanks for watching!

I've done enough videos now in a variety of Vegas restaurants and buffets to say I think everything that is resort casual plays the same playlist. It's a mix of electronic dance and top 40 pop. Though here at the Wynn, they also played some big band stuff. I heard Sinatra in there. I also heard some Earth Wind and Fire. It's quite a range actually. I don't think there's a good singular way to describe the music choice at these places, especially anywhere resort casual like the buffets. Thanks for watching!

I am at Winn buffet right now. Not the best shrimp, not the best crab. The mushroom truffle pizza is very good. The Thai pepper beef is spicy and good. Some of the desserts are very tasty. I was underwhelmed for the price.

Shin: glad to hear the prime rib was good. I have to say, looking at the piece you got, I was also expecting the worst - it looked quite dry and too lean (hardly any fat in it) and I didn’t see any part of the rib cap (the best part after all). The short rib and pork rib in terms of appearance also looked dried out and unappetizing, although I was glad to hear that the looks were deceiving in those cases. The lobster claw sounded bad indeed; I wonder why they even bother putting it out on the line if the quality is not good
Yes, the prime rib was the surprise for me. The shot I took admittedly made the pork rib look drier than it was but it was good. The lobster was a huge disappointment. I was so excited when I first saw them available. Big letdown for sure. Thanks for watching!

If you're here on the weekend and looking for a good seafood buffet on the strip, the Wynn or Bacchanal are still your best bet. Off strip, you could check out Imperial Seafood and Sushi. On weekends they have lobster and snow crab legs. I hope you have a great trip!

Looks like the casino are finding new ways to reap visitors their money. They are already expensive on the regular price. Nothing much different from the regular dishes, besides they should be innovating with their offering. I suppose the only innovating is their prices and a title to go with the high price. Summer seafood buffet.. Haha .
Yup, I don't think it's news to anyone that casinos are trying to make as much money as possible off their patrons. If anyone thinks casinos have your best interest at heart, I have some cure all snake oil I'd love to sell you.
Value is in the eyes of the beholder. You can tell even with the cross section of people in my comment's section. Some say this looks like a great value, and viewers like yourself who thinks it's awful. If the standard dinner price of $65 isn't a lot of money to you, I doubt $75 is a lot of money to you either. If $65 is something you can barely put together to try out the Wynn buffet, then yes, that extra $10 is critical. But I just report here. It's up to individual viewers if it's worth it to them. @@VegaswithShin it's not the price. It's the comparison to the same buffet that was offer on the daily basis and prior to the pandemic. I or anyone easily drop hundreds of dollars at their tables without even batting an eye. The cost of the buffet is insignificant but to many, buffets was seen as a service to come play at their casino since people are already expected to drop a load of money at their games.
Your reviews are great and with no doubt. I am just salty with their tactics with hiking prices that only throws a few bones in return. Also on top of that, putting a fancy name behind it as a reason for the price hike is just pure comedy.
@@kito1san Ah, I see what you mean. Yes certainly understandable. Buffets used to be a value add, losing money up front and comped on the back end by gaming. I actually do have a theory about this and why Vegas is getting expensive in all regards despite all the news of record breaking revenue beyond just standard corporate greedflation etc. Times change, and younger millennials and gen-Z do not gamble. It's not like a slight waning either, it's a stark drop off. Whether growing up with tech or being online, gambling in casinos does not hold the same appeal to younger generations and I think Vegas sees the writing on the wall and are making the shifts now. Younger generations care more about experiences. They'd much rather put $200 on a meal than in a slot. Once baby boomers and gen-X are out of the picture, I think Vegas will be very different place and they're just getting ready for it now. But I guess only time will tell.
