- The Philadelphia Eagles are NFC East Champions with their win versus the Dallas Cowboys, ending the game 41-7.
The offense scored 41 points QB Kenny Pickett and Tanner McKee throwing to WR A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith for a touch down. Running back Saquon Barkley had a special day breaking 2000 rushing yards in a single season.
The defense stopped QB Cooper Rush and the cowboys, keeping them to only 7 points and forcing 4 turnovers. S C.J. Gardner-Johnson had 2 interceptions to finish out the day.

But there’s no question that Aubrey is the best NFL placekicker right now. That kick had enough distance for close to 70 yards. He’ll probably get one good from 70 soon enough.
It was so loud because it was 25 feet up the upright.
Don’t know if you were there or have ever been in a stadium when that happens, but it’s way louder than people might think.

Nick deserves COTY considerations, the dude has done nothing but win and manage these rosters full of superstar ego's (not saying ego's in a bad way, just so many guys know that they are 'that guy' in this league on this roster) and has consolidated it into a winning culture in the locker room. Kenny Pickett was nothing short of brilliant again. In six quarters, the guy put 53 points on the board in the last two weeks. And he had another six or seven called back.

Every team in the NFL fears the loss of their franchise quarterback. The Eagles prove that situation doesn't have to spell the end. Sound coaching, proper play calling and a quality pair of back up QB's are necessary. Of course having the best O line, the best receiver corps and the best running back in the league helps. And before some crying Dallas fan says "well, we're missing this player and that player.....", the Eagles won a Super Bowl over the dynasty Patriots and Tom Brady with a backup QB, backup LT, backup LB, and missing our kick returner/3rd down specialty RB, and ST ace player. This is why you have to build a TEAM with quality depth. I really hope Emperor Palpatine lives a long time and just like in the books/films they clone him so he can keep running the team as he has the last 29 years with continued playoff failure after failure.

The reality is that if hurts sits vs the giant he will have sat for nearly a month.
I'd want the starting offense out on the field for at least a half this coming week. This way they and hurts aren't rusty for the playoffs.

People in NY and Dallas are saying Barkley's run at the record shouldn't count because Dickerson set the record with less games. It doesn't matter how many games they play in a year; all that matters is the amount of rushes. To wit, Dickerson had 379 carries in 1984 with a 5.6 yds/carry average. Barkley is sitting at 345 carries with a 5.8 yds/carry average. So, right now, statistically, Barkley is better this year than Dickerson was in 1984. If he carries 15 times for one hundred yards on Sunday, than he will definitely be the best.
