    Really nice portfolio, I'm currently doing my second year of electrical engineering and just did something similiar to your device regarding deadlifting. I haven't fully got it to work but I choose to use an accelerometer and it would be really fun if you would want to collaborate or just share ideas.

      For the engineering stuff, I would recommend RUclips as there's a bunch of detailed and free resources. I would say find a few walk-through projects, build it then tweak it. Soon you would get a good grasp to do your own things. For the art stuff, I also just learned Blender from RUclips. Honestly a underrated resource.
