City is definitely the better car, but ciaz is more value for money because of the cheaper prize.. Not sure ciaz will have better resale than city especially in petrol. Ivtec has always been the most popular in the segment..

Music is annoying make it smooth suddenly due to music coming need to reduce Mobile sound Ur content is really good .... No issues with it but in between music

Brezza is going to discontinue its old Diesel engine. It is still using Fiat sourced engine. So Venue is better option if you are comparing engines. But if you want SUV like design then go for Brezza. Better wait until Maruti release upgraded version of Brezza next year.
Go for Tata nexon or Ford ecosport instead. Better built quality . Better performance. Better driving dynamics. More safer cars than the 2 options you have .

Build quality is not something which can be judged correctly by just looks and feel.its more of a deep analysis.
