They are as fascinating as their backstory as a band. They are truly nice people and not full of themselves. That's why The Warning Army is so loyal. Most of us old farts consider them adopted granddaughters or great-nieces. They are committed to their music and to each other, and to their extended family who support them on tour. That's what I find most refreshing about them. They are truly Rock Stars in every sense of the term and they make everyone else in the limelight look like pretenders. Yes, there are some other musicians out there who get it. And they have toured with some of those people. But usually, people have to have reached stardom and have fallen off the peak to really get it about what it means to be a star. They seem to have always had that figured out.
I am in denial.of my age so i see them as the sisters i always wish i had but never had. Still partvof me has a huge parental pride of them. Does this makes any sense?
Last year they toured with Halestorm and Lzzy Hale was so impressed by them, especially Dany being a singer/guitarist like herself, that she gave her this white Gibson Explorer signature guitar, with a custom setup specifically for Dany.
dany’s solos have so much taste and emotion in them i don’t blame you Harry !
bottom of his eyelids lit up didnt they, show me the light one of my favs, had that solo went on for little bit longer David gilmore would have been dethroned, so much emotion that guitar was pouring out
That's my favorite solo of Dany's. So simple, but very intense and ethereal.

Guys, that was a wonderful Warning special, had to watch all songs! I saw them live for the 1st time 3 weeks ago in London, I am still blown away… three instruments, three voices, a wall of sound! Their first European tour is a huge success! Check their aftermovies, on their channel, Berlin show, Rock am Ring, Madrid… they are getting more and more famous! Greetings from Germany 👍⚡️🤘

at 29:40 it's their first time playing live together and Ale had 1 or 2 months of bass. They are not technically the warning but they choose the name few months later for a battle of bands
I've never seen that first video of Pau. I'd seen it recommended, but I'm not really a fan of any of their earlier videos, certainly not going back that far. But I found myself crying by the halfway point. She was so good all the way back then. She never fails to impress me.
Justin, you are missing out, not checking out their early videos. It is extremely inspirational to see how they went from little kids to amazing women. The true meaning of being a "Role Model".

I'm down to watch it also but at an hour that most of us are available. Last get together for a QOTMS reaction there were over 500 of us in that live! I think it was a Sunday around 2pm Central time here in Mexico and The US
Watching this about six days late, but when you got to the part where you broke down, I had to pause it to react to your reaction to "Show me the Light". It has happened to me many, many times! As a singer for a rock band in the sixties, I used to have their passion for music, but I had to put it on hold, and though I have heard a lot of bands in my 70+ years, none have hit me in the heart like these girls!
90 percent of what I listen to is The Warning. I love everything about them.Great live stream. 😎✌🏻

Whisky was the place where Devon from Lava Records discovered them. She went to her Boss that night a said you have to come tomorrow night and watch this band. He did and that is when 7 months of negotiating came about and they signed with Lava.

Saw The Warning on Monday this week in London, OMG how good are they live, I've see literally Hundreds of bands over the last 40 odd years, including Guns n Roses Queen, The Rolling Stones Micheal Jackson ETC ETC. The Warning are in my top 10 of all time, they are that good.
Just after 29:30, outdoors in 2012, with Ale at bottom right, it's my understanding that Ale had been playing bass for 1 month before doing it for an audience. She was born to play for massive crowds outdoors. Regarding downstrokes instead of alternate picking, it's commonly used for a stronger attack. Check out Highway Star by Deep Purple, where the bass intro is all downstrokes. Excuse me for not knowing your names...Guitarist, in Enter Sandman, when Dany lifts her right hand high, she stashes her pick between her index and second fingers, then plays octaves (I think) with her index finger and thumb, then flips the pick out and resumes picking. She does it again when she pulls her hand through her hair.
It took them awhile to find a Drum teacher as they thought she was too young and a Toddler. Until one teacher gave her a test and said leave her with me she will do good.
Lzzy didn't play that guitar, she looked for the guitar asked to gibson to help her to find the proper guitar for dany and then in the middle of the set she came and gifted the guitar to dany, tere is a couple of videos.
I am 67 years old and it's has been many many years since music has excited me! The Warning has given me hope that good old pure Rock n Roll is back! Love your channel and your excitement when you listen to them! It's the same feelings I get. Thank you!

Nice that you did a Warning livestream. They are fantastic. The funny thing is, the video where Pau stopped and said "Oh, it's not that song" , she was actually correct. It was Dany that made the mistake. I'm sure Pau gave her shit for that for the rest of the night afterwards.
I wonder why Ale turned around to look at Pau as she probably knew which was the next song.
They don't give each other shit for little things like that, it's goofy to even think that.

The audio quality of the 2022 Teatro Metropolitan live videos is excellent, but at the beginning of their Europe tour they did a show in London which was Kickstarter-funded and ended up being delayed by 3 years due to Covid. The organisers had this show professionally recorded as well and (as someone who was lucky enough to be in the audience) they absolutely killed it. The resulting 1.5hr video is now on RUclips (search "The Warning UK Private Show") and the audio is up there with the Teatro ones. A much smaller audience to what they have now become accustomed to, but we made a noise for them.
Oh yeah Harry when it comes to show me the light Pau softens my heart to breaking point then Dany comes and completes the overwhelming flow of emotions with the tastiest as shit guitar solo and Ale's vocals at the end just the icing on the cake. Keep in mind I'm 54 and for the most part not an emotional guy at all but yeah then there's black holes that almost broke you as well. The Warning are a very especial and unique band I have not seen nor experienced in over 30 years!
I think Queens of the Murder Scene album is gonna be like Led Zepplin's first album ( now called Led Zepplin 1). Because it was before everyone discovered them , many will go back and discover a truly great album ( and I mean great). The songs are complete gems.

Shattered Heart is a fan favourite, at least mine. But I don´t think they will play that song soon. Ale said in an Instagram live that she doesn´t like the song, she considers it´s a bad song. 😭😭
I´ve just watched them live for my first time in Madrid last friday and it was amazing. So powerful, so great. They will be playing for thousands by their own in a short time. ⚡⚡

@SongsandThongs - Apologies I couldn't make it to the live stream, but I just listened to your show and I must commend you two on a very good one! Short story long, I grew up listening to classical music and some world music, when a family friend gave me a Beatles album. 🤯 They were the first pop/rock band I'd ever heard and their music grabbed me and compelled me to collect and listen to everything they published. Fast forward through millions of hours of music from all genre of musicians, until 2 years ago when I heard The Warning. Never have I been so excited by the music of a band as I am of The Warning since the Beatles! I too share your lament that they may never tour to South Africa, because I live in Hawaii. Yesterday performed in Bogota, Colombia. The girls rock and rule. Two more gigs in south america and closing the year with several gigs in mexico. Long life The Warning
Hopefully you guys will get the chance to see them live someday. They are everything live! I saw them 6 times last year, 4 times back in May and have 3 more shows coming up in August. That will be 13 shows in 15 months in 8 states. And the fact that they are some of the sweetest people on the planet makes them that much better

A suggestion for your next one: the entire Queen of the Murder Scene album (QOTMS) performed Live at Lunario CDMX. During the stream, have all of the lyrics available and follow the excellent synopsis by @Timberwolf prior to each Chapter…(you’ll understand). This concert is the first time they unveiled this phenomenal concept album (which rivals THE WALL. Yes. I said it, and I love Pink Floyd!). QOTMS IS not to be missed!
But Pau was right! I don't know why they cut it off but the next thing is that they discuss and Pau triumphantly shouts "I WAS CORRECT!".

In the first video that was her Mom's foot she had practiced and practiced this and wanted to record it but when they did it first time they camera battery died and she was upset, crying and her Mom calmed her down and took her back down to basement practice room and had her try again you didn't let it run enough to see after the rock horns she clapped in delight at getting it all on video !!!!
Now Dany has two gifted guitars. One from Lzzy and now one from Matt Bellamy of Muse. A mustard yellow Manson guitar.
Incredible seeing & hearing how good Pau already was at 10 years old!

I believe they got a crew that does work for Amazon Prime to film/record the Teatro Metropolitan show, and they got Halestorm's lighting director to design the lighting (which Pau controls using Ableton Pro).
Lzzy Hale had that Gibson Explorer custom made for Dany.

@@Emanon905It’s because of the possessive pronoun “su” it can be applied to both genders. It relies on the context surrounding to know who you’re talking about. In this case (Pau) It’s possible I got some details of that wrong. I don’t speak Spanish. But, I believe that to be why sometimes translate says “he” it’s defaulting to the masculine gender.

There's so much to say, here - too much, really - so I'll just say I discovered these girls on accident, on YT (probably), doing a live. It seems they were *just* about to go out on their first US Tour, but Covid started up and ruined it. So its very gratifying to me to see these talented, hard-working ladies breaking out so much, playing the very biggest venues to huge crowds (Thanks, GnR, Muse, Halestorm and others!)! They haven't toured my way, but I know I'm going to get my chance to see them at a floating festival (of sorts) next year, and I'm SO EXCITED! This was fun - great job and ROCK ON! 🤘😎👍

Once i heard the song Hunter sang by Alejandra now i wish she would always sing lead in every of their performances live. Alejandra's voice is so underrated.
My understanding is her mom was in there while she was playing becuase she (Pau) was not sure if she could do it.

@@Sam-cq7ls I find her solos tend to be more intimate and personal than Gilmour's soaring soundscapes. In fact the whole band has a Cream vibe for me, but I get you drift. More portrait than landscape, may be a better way to put it.
