Pull up that carpet. There is usually a plastic floor with a drain in front of the bathroom for the shower water. I would definitely check for water damage and get rid of the carpet
My Roadtrek is a 05 120,000miles with the Chevy 6.0 liter engine that runs like new, I change the oil every 3-4,000 miles. The Prior owner did replace the transmission but these Roadtreks can easily go well over 200,000 miles if properly maintained. Note, Highway miles are the same as city miles on a vehicle and most of these are used for long trips. Most mechanics can work on these Chevy chassis so that's a huge plus if something does go wrong. This looks like a good deal but I would recommend anyone interested to have it inspected closely. Thanks Rusty.
Good lord Rusty..that Roadtrek is a piece of Texas gold at $22,000! You cant get them here in Ontario for twice that price, older and higher mileage and I live around the corner from where they are made. Btw you remove the rug to reveal a shower pan and drain. Reassemble when finished.

The carpet under the shower is removable. There is a shower pan underneath.

I think it's a great deal. Even if the engine and/or transmission fail, you can replace them and still have a quality rv.

Pretty good for these...they are always hard to find clean and folks often take out those pans ans carpet over....they should always keep the pans.

On average only 8,000 miles per year over the 15 years since new. As long as the motor has been well serviced then thats a good deal.
